The service attitude was nice, but the hygiene was disappointing. I got bitten by insects during the night and had to put on a jacket just to sleep. In the morning, I found several bugs in the room. Breakfast was also quite limited, with almost everything being pastries and not much variety.

Je n'ai pas eu la chambre que j'avais réservé. Ne pouvant pas annulé j'ai accepté une autre chambre au même étage mais de classe inférieure. Aucune compensation offerte et salle de bain très salle (voir photo). vraiment décevant de la part d'un hotel soit disant de haute gamme.

Pas très content, j'ai payé sur le site pour 3 personnes, et vous m'avez fait payé plus de 200,00dhs pour un lit supplémentaire. Je trouve ça très léger de votre part. Par contre la chambre était très belle.

Great location in the center of Tetouan

Great location and great service ... the property can do with some cosmetics improvements (walls, paint ...etc) ... other than that it's great 👍

Très belle Hotel, extrêmement bien situé avec un personnel au petit soin que je remercie énormément. Il s’agit de mon deuxième séjour dans cette hôtel. Le centre de Tetouan (Palais Royal, zone piétonne) a moins de 2 min. Les plages du Nord à moins de 15 min.

He was amazing

The initial check in set an unwelcoming tone for us. Usually I am welcomed and treated with respect and someone communicates with me in English. This was not the case this time and it made our time a bit unsettling.

Friendly people - good service - nice location. I’d stay there again!!

This hotel was absolutely amazing! From the check-in service and friendly staff to the comfortable and clean room. The breakfast variety was terrific as well. Besides that, their artistic balcony and the views from it was mind-blowing. Outside of the hotel, there is a lively market place and lovely people too. The only thing I'd like to highlight as constructive feedback is to have kettle and tea facilities in the room for guests comfort.

Het hotel oogt van het luxere segment maar dat valt mee. Is wel perfect. Is altijd een beveiliger en de receptie is ook bemand. Het restaurant in het hotel is ook open voor diner. Ontbijt is een zelfbediening met de traditionele Marokkaanse mogelijkheden, het personeel is steeds jou te helpen. Parkeren is aan de overkant van de straat, waar een aantal parkeerplaatsen gereserveerd zijn voor het hotel. Mocht het afgezet zijn kan je je melden bij het hotel. Het verkeer is zeker ‘s middags en ‘s avonds chaotisch, in de ochtend was het erg kalm. Taxi’s komen ook continu langs, maar richting de medina kan je prima in 10 minuten lopen.

Hôtel très bien situé avec un personnel aux petits soins. Beaucoup de sympathie du personnel durant tout le séjour. Hôtel très propre, avec un restaurant de bonne qualité.

Hotel en la ensanxe de Tetuan a unos pocos minutos a pié de la Medina. Habitación con solo 3 camas a pesar que la reserva era para 4. Sin espacio para 2 maletas.

Hotel Top! Emplacement idéale pour une coourte visite de la ville. Petit déj excellent et accueil très correcte, à recommander absolument
