A good two stars hotel that belongs to locals. Money stays in Tangier.

Customer service from Fidwa and Mohammed was excellent… they were polite and supportive. I am happy with customer service provided to Fidwa and Mohammed..

In a very noisy area

Only 2 things: they need install noise reduction windows… and they need to better train their staff in “hospitality”

Great location in front of the ocean and close to shopping mall and good restaurants. I find staff is kind of oblivious to the needs of someone who just checks in. The reception was cold and without explanation of the hotel amenities or whatsoever. A person who didn’t speak English, French or Spanish took me to a room on the 2nd floor which wasn’t ready, then to the 3rd floor, it wasn’t ready either. Finally to the 1st floor to a noisy room almost at street level with no towels. I had to ask twice for. I came from a long trip by land and I needed a shower. It took TWO hours to finally get them. Not impressed with the staff.

The staff was friendly and so courteous!

The only thing is the good view, other than that, very poor and dirty for the price.

The property requires a lot of renovation. The room is very noisy and the breakfast area is not tidy.

Nice view and nice interior, comfortable bed. Bathroom could have been a bit cleaner and there wasn’t always hot water. No heating for winter period.

A real stinking dump. Literally the smell was intense. Recommend strongly going elsewhere.

Hotel liegt zentral zum Strand nur über die Straße , das Personal sehr freundlich , Hotel könnte man bisschen auf frischen aber für ein kurz Trip gut

En del af personalet var mega uhøflige. Især den ældre mand der blev ved med at være ekstrem uhøflig. Dog var den unge fyr Mohammed flink imod os. Badeværelset er gennemsigtigt og man kan se igennem det og intet privatliv.
