It was great and relaxing. The staff was very courteous, respectful, helpful, and welcoming. They went above and beyond to help answer any questions we had. It was very clean, from the bathroom, the kitchenette, the pillows, the sheets, and everything else. It was a great location a few blocks away from the beach, restaurants, activities, and shopping. Also, it was easy to find parking, even though it was the weekend. The only thing is that we had to live both bedrooms open, because the AC was in the kitchenette only. But after a few hours the bedrooms were cool too. Other then that, it was a wonderful experience.

It all went well
I wanted extra time for checkout, which was given as there was no booking for that room on the day.
However, when I first requested, I was told I would have to pay 150MAD, but at checkout, I was charged 250MAD.
I didn't want to argue as we were leaving, but found this quite upsetting. It's not about money, but principles.

C’est une adresse très sympa pas de surprises avec cet hôtel tout est très propre correct et sûre petit déjeuner très sympa dommage qu’il n’y a plus de verre à dents dans la salle de bain.
Je recommande vivement cette hôtel merci à tous pour votre application pour rendre le séjour des clients agréables

It was great and relaxing. The staff was very courteous, respectful, helpful, and welcoming. They went above and beyond to help answer any questions we had. It was very clean, from the bathroom, the kitchenette, the pillows, the sheets, and everything else. It was a great location a few blocks away from the beach, restaurants, activities, and shopping. Also, it was easy to find parking, even though it was the weekend. The only thing is that we had to live both bedrooms open, because the AC was in the kitchenette only. But after a few hours the bedrooms were cool too. Other then that, it was a wonderful experience.

Misleading room details and bed sizes. I booked a room with a queen bed and two twin beds, but I was given only two twin beds. The hotel management blamed the site for providing incorrect information and claimed that the bed sizes are a Moroccan standard, which is not true.
