A very good hotel and well located in the centre with many places to eat and easily accessible taxis. The hotel staff are very helpful and we was very early before the check in . One of the managers Ibtissaam, she helped us to check early as we had an early morning flight. She also was very helpful with good advice on where to go and what to do. Ask for her she is always at the reception Desk. The pool is very clean and close to rooms There is rooms facing the pool also Rooms are cleaned daily Very good hotel and good location Staff very helpful .. especially ibtissam

Nice place has a lot of potential. Took more money than what agreed through Expedia. Not the most helpful of people ask for ice on a couple of occasions to no help. The fridge is terrible for keeping anything close to cold. Asked for an iron but to no help. They do not change the bedsheets on every occasion of housekeeping. Get your money exchanged else where they don’t give a good rate. They think customer service is a smile only. For a four star hotel it behaves as a two star.

This isn't my first stay at the hotel. It has a brand perception that should be maintained. However, the breakfast offerings are lacking. I stayed in room 118 on the ground floor, and that room is in desperate need of renovation. In any other place in Europe, that room wouldn’t be used unless it had been refurbished!

Chambre vieillotte, le sol n’était pas propre et la baignoire sale (des poils dans la baignoire), la porte fenêtre de la terrasse a dû être réparée car elle ne se fermait pas (nous étions au rez de chaussée) L’hôtel est calme mais les chambres mériteraient à être refaite au vu du prix de la nuitée.

Ich würde es als ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis sehen. Das Personal ist insgesamt recht zuvorkommend. Habe noch 4 Tage verlängert, bevor ich in die Wüste gehe👳‍♂️

This hotel is supposed to be 4 star hotel, rooms look dirty and I even find a cockroach in the bed.

Terrable Staff, Ancient, This hotel is worst, very old furniture, meesy, and the worst staff. Very Old Towels, they won’t give more than a towel. No Toiletries. Very horrible experience of all the trip.

Horrible. Toilet didn’t flush. Front desk kept saying they will fix it but never did. It’s inhumane to stay without a toilet for two nights.

The toilet in the bathroom didn’t work. Told the staff and worked once, then wouldn’t flush again. Told them the second day and again worked once and wouldn’t not flush again. Had to go downstairs from the third floor to use the bathroom every time. This ridiculous and inhumane.

I won't recommend it to anyone for the money they're ripping off! You're paying stupidly for catastrophic service! 1 night for 200€. Shower doesn't work spiders in the room! No soap! No warm water! Staff terribly rude conceited!

Séjours tres agréable. Personnel tres accueillant. Chambre 102 bien adaptée pour les personnes en fauteuil roulant. Petit bémol : il faudrait prévoir un siege hydraulique de mise à l'eau pour les personne à mobilité réduite qui leur faciliterait l'acces à la piscine. Et prevoir plus de chambre adaptée.

A éviter. Nous avons réservé une chambre pour deux adultes et deux enfants (écrit noir sur blanc sur notre réservation), mais arrivés sur place on nous annonce qu’il ne s’agit que d’une chambre pour deux adultes. Nous avons dû aller acheter un lit parapluie pour notre bébé. De plus, la chambre est remplie de cafards qui sortent d’un énorme trou du plafond de la salle de bain. Une chambre très vétuste au passage.
