This is a gem of a spot! The location is ideal, with all sights within walking distance. The staff is super friendly and attentive, and the rooms are clean with all basic amenities. The rooftop terrace is lovely- the perfect spot to enjoy the delicious breakfast. Highly recommended for a comfortable stay in the Blue City!

This is a very cozy and friendly riad. I enjoyed chatting with the staff and even other guests during breakfast. I heard the owner is German, and you can notice some German equipment in the bathroom. The original doors and windows in the rooms add a special charm to the guesthouse. If you’re traveling with a suitcase, be prepared for some ups and downs on the way from the Parador Hotel rotary, where taxis drop you off. Special thanks to Walid for introducing me to carob, a local specialty!

We had 1 night at Iguana Azul. Even before our arrival we were welcomed to iguana Azul and advised of activities they could help arrange. Walid went out of his way to make our stay smooth and comfortable. He and Jabeer were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing. Location is very central yet quiet.

Chefchaouen is beautiful. Small elegant hotel. Beautiful terrace to view the green hills and blue sky. The staff was incredible. Generous with time, information, one member guided us through old town. Highly recommend.
