The Riad is beautiful and the staff was very nice and professional.

Luxury hotel with excellent service in an interesting location. Staff is top notch. Recommendations for restaurants and excursions are stellar. I stayed eight nights and definitely needed all those recommendations.

JUSTE EXCEPTIONNEL ! Par où commencer ? Nous avons été accueilli dès notre sortie du taxi pour nous accompagner au Riad. Après avoir mit un pied à l'intérieur, nous avons été subjugué par l'atmosphère chaleureuse & intimiste à la fois ! Le personnel est au petit soin et toujours disponible pour nous aiguiller au mieux dans notre séjour : bagagerie, délicate attention pour nos repas et petits déjeuner, ils parlent très bien Français, un téléphone vous est prêté afin d'utiliser internet durant votre sejour... Ce lieu est rempli de charme au détour d'une ruelle calme non loin de la médina. Toutes les activités peuvent être faites à pied ou en petit taxi très facilement. Nous sommes venus pendant le ramadan, mais l'accueil des Marocains a été plus qu'à la hauteur, restaurants ouverts et ville vivante. Un grand merci à l'équipe du Karawan Riad !! Good: The most beautiful building inside with a stunning rooftop. Parking is a short walk up the road - no problem. Bad: The dinner in the hotel was unfortunately very average and expensive. Having eaten tajine all week across Morocco, it was definitely the worst one we have had. All the food was very salty. I mentioned this to the staff but they were not interested. As soon as we checked in, whilst drinking tea, the hotel were pushing us to have dinner. They asked multiple times.

Excellent riad in the old city. Very friendly multilingual (Arabic, English and French) staff that can help with taxis and tours. Beautiful rooms with luxury touches (we had one on the top level with an open-air terrace and a wonderful view). The restaurant is excellent for breakfast and dinner. Highly recommended for those wanting a very nice place in the old medina.

Karawan Riad hospitality is wonderful! Breakfast was great. Rooms are tastefully designed. 3 new rooms are being added. No slippers and shower caps in the room. This riad is not for elderly or disabled guests.

The staff and the property were extremely nice above what we expected. Food in the hotel was delicious and the interior settings were beautiful . The staff was so nice and pleasant to interact with. They were always there for you 24 /7. We would recommend this Riad to anyone.

Stunning riad in the heart of Medina with beautiful , authentic suites with a lot of art work , wood crafts and unique details. Spectacular view of the city from the rooftop , nicely furnished. Very polite, attentive stuff! Really amazing!

Tolles Riad, sehr schön eingerichtet! Am Rand der Medina, von dort ist die Medina gut zu erkunden und trotzdem ist das Riad gut erreichbar. Der Weg vom Parkplatz bis zum Riad relativ kurz

neighborhood is a bit sketchy at night. always locals trying to help you (for a fee) find your accommodations. otherwise, a great riad

We were at Karawan Riad to celebrate a 50th birthday. Got there after a hectic 3 days in Sahara Desert. The Riad was truly our oasis. Our daughters were both exhausted from 3 days of driving. The staff at the Riad gave them unparalleled attention and took incredibly good care of them - even making them a lentil soup and rice. From the morning breakfast to booking us a guide to making reservations for us and accommodating our million requests - they did all with a smile. They even drove my brother to the pharmacy to pick up medicines. We took a cooking class at the Riad as well as the hamam and massages and it all made our trip special They even baked a cake for my sisters 50th birthday and set up a nice dinner for us The grounds are absolutely spectacular and the staff kind, considerate and caring. I have never stayed at a place and felt so royally treated. If we ever have a chance, we would go back to Karawan Riad

This is a beautiful Riad, with excellent service, delicious breakfast and restaurant. The rooms are big, comfortable and nicely decorated. The bed and linens were of good quality. We had a great time and highly recommend this Riad.

5/5. Would highly recommend this Riad, the building is stunning and the rooms are finished to a very high standard, super comfy beds and our room had a private garden. The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful, even at 1am helping us with airport arrangements. Each morning we were given a brilliant local breakfast and had the choice of eating on the rooftop. The Riad is a short walk to the start of the medina but 15 minutes to the main part of the medina, this can be a little far at night but it was nice to not be in the centre of everything for the entire trip. I would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

This property is stunning! I can not say enough. Everything is top notch! Spa, breakfast, rooms, staff and the decor is gorgeous!!! Accustomed to luxury travel and this rated up there with luxury chains such as The Four Seasons!

Wonderful staff in a nice hotel. The room was large, clean and the hotel staff couldn’t have been more welcoming. Hotel is in a good location close to everything Fes has to offer. Our only constructive feedback would be that it would be better to have a breakfast menu to avoid food waste as there was far too much for us to eat!
