Cet établissement est sur-noté et les images postées par la direction sont surréalistes. Voici pourquoi : Chambre : La chambre étais très sale, avec des draps mal lavés et des housses de canapé tachées de chocolat bien frais. On sentais que le ménage avait était bâclé Le lit était inconfortable Absence de télévision Salle de bain sale et non équipée du strict minimum, a savoir du savon ! On a dû le demander à la réception pour l’avoir le soir Piscine : Piscine complètement opaque ! Je n’ai jamais vu une piscine aussi sale ! Les parois infestées d’algues. Quand j’en ai parlé à la direction, j’ai compris qu’elle n’était pas filtrée quotidiennement !!! Petit déjeuner : Petit déjeuner servi à table mais après une demi heure d’attente, alors qu’on est arrivés tôt et qu’il n’y avait que nous et une autre table à servir. Le petit déjeuner est limité à des aliments gras et bourratifs (meloui, harcha, cake degeulasse) le tout servi dans des assiettes mal lavées Cadre général : Y a beaucoup d’alcooliques dans l’établissement. On a même trouvé une bouteille et des verres dans les jardins. Et heureusement qu’on l’a vu avant notre enfant de 3 ans qui a failli boire le verre pensant que c’était de l’eau

Le lieu est vraiment magnifique : la végétation, la vue sur la montagne... les chambres (suites) sont spacieuses. Mais mon sentiment reste mitigé à cause de la propreté de la piscine très moyenne, l'état des transats autour qui ne sont sales et pas nettoyés, les coussins complètement affaissés... Le personnel ne porte pas de masque (alors que nous sommes en plein contexte COVID)... On a réservé pour 2 adultes et 2 enfants et quand on est arrivé, les lits enfants (banquettes) n'étaient pas prêts... J'ai demandé qu'on prépare leurs lits et la dame m'a apporté des draps et... est repartie sans faire les lits... De plus, il y a aucune alèse sur les matelas, seulement un drap, ce qui n'est pas très propre... La dame de l'accueil, en entrant dans la chambre, a ouvert les rideaux, et ils sont à moitié tombés des rails. Elle a dit à mon mari de les remettre lui même, qu'il pouvait monter sur la table de de chevet pour les remettre... Bref, le cadre est splendide mais le service franchement moyen pour le prix.

The place is beautiful with huge potential, well maintained gardens a restaurant and lounge area with great atmosphere and character, furniture and accessories clearly chosen with great taste and care. The pool and terrace is lovely albeit in need of some repairs. The rooms are nicely set in the gardens with their own terrace, bathrooms are basic with large windows inside the shower and curtains or screens missing, bedrooms are nicely furnished but basic lacking accessories or a personal touch. What really lets the place down however is the service. Not once either by the pool or on the terrace would someone ask whether you needed something, drinks ordered at the bar take ages to arrive, choice is extremely limited. The same is true for food, table setting is basic, you might have to ask for a napkin or for yor food to arrive at the same time, waiting times ( the place was mostly empty) are long and the meals are at best ok, breakfast however was nice. The manager showed little concern for the guests, no real effort was made to provide information regarding surroundings when asked.

Wonderful place.

I stayed here 4 years ago and the room was excellent and the european staff fine. Hpwever the food was terrible. 3 of us stayed for 4 nights in late March 2018 There were no other guests, the new moroccan manager has only been there a month and said he recognises the problems Dinner was 15euros, a disgraceful price for what you get. The food was even worse than last time, the menu didnt change over 2 nights and the tagines were of poor quality,. We wondered were all the good looking meat went because we had only gristle, I had the chicken and there was hardly any meat on it. The last night we eat elsewhere Breakfast was the same everyday , however I asked for eggs and got then , hard boiled but better than the thin gruel they called porridge Last time I had plenty of wood to make my own fire, this time I had to ask for wood , a gentleman turned up and lit the fire , he left me a few twigs that lasted all of 30 mins. I didnt bother the next 3 nights I used the air con, worked fine. The good bits, excellent clean pool, good location for valley walking, huge beds.

Amazing place with incredibly helpful staff. A true oasis with beautiful scenic backdrop. Would absolutely return.

Wir, eine 5-köpfige Familie, verbrachten hier zwei Nächte im April 2017. Gleich bei der Ankunft wurde klar, dass wir bei dieser Buchung einen Fehlgriff getan hatten. Es herrschte Geisterstimmung, nur eine Handvoll Gäste außer uns in einer weitläufigen Anlage. Außenanlagen verwahrlost, Garten ungepflegt, Sitz- und Liegeauflagen verschmutzt und zerrissen. Bungalows mäßig sauber, auf den Wegen lagen Zigarettenstummel. Restaurant: Speisenauswahl sehr beschränkt, Spaghetti wurden kalt serviert. Wifi funktionierte nie, unsere Kids bekamen die Krise. Positiv: Trinkbare Weine zu fairen Preisen

Hôtel bien situé pour une halte sur la route de Taroudant ou alors visite de ouirgane,ou remonter par Asni. Qualité des aménagements intérieurs et extérieurs, très bon rapport qualité prix.

I stayed for one night. The bathroom was cold but the room was big and comfortable the food was great. It's a great place if you want to get away from Marrakech.

Lovely hotel. Very clean. Great location. The most helpfull staff possible and great food. All round excellent . Will definately return. Big thanks to assia on the reception for all her time and help as i changed travel plans last minute.

Our 3rd stop while travelling in Morocco and the first two riads set a very high standard. Limited food available here with a small menu and not the quality we were used to elsewhere. Slow drinks service when poolside. Very dark rooms.

Hotellet ligger perfekt, hvis man regser gennem bjergene (godnok ikke helt på de angivede gps-koordinater- de rigtige koordinater:31.19925, -8.04872). Værelset var stort og lækkert,-dog lidt køligt. Maden i restauranten var ikke af højeste kvalitet. Wifi virkede kun sporadisk. Men man befinder sig trodsalt midt i bjergene, så man kan heller ikke forvente sig det vilde. Prisen var trodsalt god (bedst hvis man betaler i Dihram, -i forhold til Euro). De tager kun keditkort hvis forbindelsen virker,-så tag kontanter med.

Un endroit très calme au milieu d'une oliveraie avec pour toile de fond l'atlas. La piscine est très agréable, très propre et bien aménagée avec des transats. La cuisine est locale et simple. La literie mériterait d'être plus confortable.
