Ich war vom 20.10. bis 28.10.25 nun bereits zum dritten Mal in diesem Jahr im Hotel Mamora – und wieder einmal wurde ich nicht enttäuscht. Das Hotel bietet ein hervorragendes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Wer hier ein 5-Sterne-Niveau erwartet, sollte auch ein 5-Sterne-Hotel buchen und bezahlen. Für das, was das Mamora bietet, ist der Preis absolut fair und unschlagbar.
Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die Mitarbeiter, die wirklich den Unterschied machen. Der Empfang ist immer freundlich, herzlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmermädchen leisten großartige Arbeit, sind aufmerksam und stets höflich. Auch im Restaurant wird man zuvorkommend und professionell betreut – man fühlt sich einfach gut aufgehoben.
Die Zimmer sind sauber, gemütlich und vollkommen ausreichend für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Die Lage ist ideal, sodass man zu Fuß schnell überall ist. Insgesamt stimmt hier einfach alles: Atmosphäre, Komfort, Service und natürlich der Preis.
Ich werde definitiv wiederkommen – wie auch schon in diesem Jahr. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team für die immer wieder schöne Zeit im Hotel Mamora!

The hotel location is very good for catching a ferry to Spain; it’s about less than 15 minutes walking to the port. The hotel is at the edge of the Medina, many restaurants are close by, its included breakfasts were also decent. Staffs were friendly, we appreciated the fruit tray we received on our first day. The two negative things that we did not like were the old bed, hard/tall pillows and some annoying flies in the room.

Dans l’ensemble, j’ai passé un bon séjour. Le personnel est très disponible et accueillant. L’hôtel est à proximité des boutiques et des restaurants. La salle de restauration donne une belle vue sur le port. Le petit déjeuner est correct, il manque peut être de la variation et plus de choix. Pour les repas extras, je n’ai pas du tout été déçue. C’est de la bonne cuisine.
Concernant les chambres, j’ai pu profiter de deux d’entre elles : une simple et une double. Pour la première, elle est un peu exiguë. Elles sont tout de même confortables pour un court séjour. Les salles de bain mériteraient un petit rafraîchissement et un petit meuble de rangement.
Le rapport qualité-prix est bien. Je recommande.

On m'a donné une chambre située juste à côté de la mosquée, avec l'appel à la prière à tue tête toutes les 2 heures. Ma compagne de voyage a eu un bien meilleur emplacement et une plus grande chambre. La mienne avait l'air d'une cellule de prison. J'ai demandé un changement mais on a pas trouvé le moyen d'améliorer mon sejour. Le restaurant de l'hôtel est très bien, agréable et belle vue. Le personnel est super gentil. Prenez garde si on vous donne la chambre 102!

Nice, clean room with excellent staff (check in gentlemen and restaurant crew). The only down side was that voices carry loudly and I do think folks should be made aware of this at check in so that perhaps they can be more considerate. This is no reflection of the hotel, but would be a helpful add. I did not eat dinner at the restaurant, but wish I did as the food smelled amazing!

The view from our room was really good and we were glad to have paid the extra for it and a bit more room. The breakfast was nice and we enjoyed trying the different local breads. It is next to the Mosque, so there is a call to prayer in the morning. This didn't bother us much and we were aware when we booked.

We loved this hotel ! We came over on the ferry from Tarifa for just 2 days... we walked from the ferry to this hotel and the next day met our camel excursion a walk away too !
We ate a delicious dinner and breakfast in the restaurant seated in the corner table with a beautiful view of the harbor ! And... the staff were AMAZING ! Would absolutely recommend this hotel!!
