Établissement à la hauteur des 5 étoiles. Serveur du matin très gentil. On a déjeuné au restaurant de l hotel très bon. Le petit déjeuner est copieux. L appartement était magnifique et très propre tout est à disposition. On reviendra volontier.

Our stay at Medina loft and Spa was amazing. Kanza was super awesome she arranged a driver for us who took us to the main sites we wanted to see. He was also totally awesome. Everything was fantastic! Marrakech is a beautiful city. Our hotel was within walking distance to everything including the bus and train station to go to our other destinations in Morocco. I would highly recommend Medina Hotel And Spa!!! It's clean, the rooms are large apt size with all the conveniences of home, the restaurant served excellent food, location was great and All of the staff were awesome in making sure our visit to Marrakech was perfect! Thank you to Kanza and all of the staff at Medina hotel loft and Spa for making our visit to Marrakech super awesome and memorable. Lovette Davis

I stayed in this prooerty for 4 days with my wife and 3 kids. All i can say is what an amazing apartment very modern clean, staff are fantastic and really care about their customers. This is fantastic value for money. Only thing that lets it down is the pool is abit small and is not heated and was cold to swim in, so we never used it and that was in 27 degrees sunshine awell. Shops are close by. The main souk bazaar and square is just 5 mins in a taxi. Although the markets and food places are walking distance. In a very quiet area no sound of traffic just peace and quiet and birds tweeting away. I highly reccomend this apartment the receptionists were very polite and helpful. When they make an error they quick to fix the problem to make sure cust is happy. 10/10 , cant reccomend enough......extremely spacous apartment. Dont hesiate !!book it now!!

Do it. Don't stay for the pool or the bar or the restaurant but if your looking for a comfortable spacious safe place to stay thats away from the crazy city centre then this place scores highly. The hotel is 'just' out of town. We walked into the centre in 45 minutes. If you get the hotel to book a cab and fix the price then £5 gets you into the centre in 10 minutes. Airport in a taxi £6 The breakfast is quality french fare. Some french language would go a long way in this hotel - but that is true for the whole of Marrakech. The wife loved a 30 minute hotel £20 massage nearest supermarket - 5 mins. Off licence - 9 mins. wifi - just pool - just

Una estancia lamentable, ciertamente es una estafa. Está lejos de todo, no hay comunicación, no tiene servicios y hace frío en las habitaciones. Al llegar al hotel nos recibió un hombre bastante amable que nos enseñó las habitaciones pero el resto de los días las recepcionistas ni nos buscaron un taxi, ni nos hicieron caso con el aire acondicionado, ni nos imprimieron los billetes. Asimismo, y ya cansados de la situación, les pedimos una hoja de reclamaciones pero no tenían o no nos la quisieron dar. Sinceramente he estado en muchos hoteles de 4 y 5 estrellas pero a este pese a ser las habitaciones muy grandes y venderse muy bien, se le caen las estrellas por su propio peso. Solo recomendable para quienes quieran estar en un apartamento sin servicios y a las afueras, en una zona no muy agradable.

L’établissement en lui-même ne souffre pas beaucoup de critiques. Le personnel est charmant, la cuisine très correcte, les petits déjeuners sont très copieux, les appartements sont vastes, propres et agréables, le ménage est efficace, le service des repas en chambre est ponctuel et fait avec le sourire... Deux points négatifs cependant : - sa situation : situé dans le quartier du lycée Français de Marrakech (les élèves étaient en vacances pendant notre séjour) il est un peu excentré. La vue n’est pas extraordinaire et donnait, pendant notre séjour, sur des travaux ; les montagnes de l’Atlas, bien que visibles de la petite terrasse, semblaient bien loin... - les travaux dans l’hôtel : la vie hors des appartements se trouvent sur la terrasse de toit : restaurant, vue, hammam, (très petite) piscine... Durant notre séjour, des travaux ont rendu la terrasse inaccessible. Dommage. Je pense que c’est un endroit qui peut être agréable pour prendre son petit-déjeuner ou un verre après une longue journée de balade.

The hotel is not a 5 star hotel. They charged me 120 dirhams for water lol. Further to this the pool area was not available, breakfast was limited to the same basic stuff that would be brought to our room all cold. There is no choice. The water in the room did not work and when we complained they said there is nothing they can do. Further to this when I checked out they insisted I pay another 250 dirhams for a bent mirror that was this way when we arrived.

Excellent hotel with 5 star facilities. Rooms are clean and breakfast is good.

Location was very isolated and it seems scary to walk alone.

Upon arriving Front desk desk manager stated they do not accept 3 adult people as requested in the booking paid to Expedia He said they Do Not want to do business with Expedia because Expedia hold more money than it suppost to be. That is something that is not irrelevant to us. Business relationship between Medina Loft & Sps and Expedia is not our business They overcharged me with extra 90 Euros for the 3rd person. In the booking itinerary appear a request for 3 adult people

Our stay at the Medina Lofts and Spa was outstanding! The staff was extremely helpful and made our stay very comfortable and welcoming. Yasin and the other front desk employees were very accommodating and provided us with great food recommendations and set up tours at our request. We would absolutely stay at this hotel again. Thank you Medina Lofts and Span!

Best place I've stayed in Marrakech in my 5 visits. Would recommend to everyone travelling to Marrackech.

This has tried to give a 5* experience but falls short on attention to detail. Mis advertised as having relaxing bath tubs but nil in our superior apartment and this was one of the reasons for booking. Says kitchen is fully equipped but no crockery or utensils to use! Biggest problem is noise. Located right in front of a sports academy for children/teens. Daily noise of them training. For our stay 2 days involved noise pollution of their commentary and music for their tournaments from 8am to 5pm. So loud the inside of our apartment vibrated.

Stedet har mange begræninger i form af restriktioner som fx hvem man må have med til hotellet og stedet er røgfrit hvilket ikke giver nogen som helst mening, da det er tilladt at ryge alle andre steder i morrokko ! Alt i alt en ringe oplevelse !
