I stayed in this hotel 5 years ago, it was very nice and clean, that’s the reason I choose this hotel again. But this time my stay were not good, firstly the room is not clean, especially the bed. Secondly the smell of the room is bad, the sofa is stinking. Thirdly, the stuff are not nice and polite. Fourthly, the bathroom hot water is not stable, when you take shower, the water sometimes very hot and suddenly become very cold. I don’t think I’ll choose this hotel again.

- The breakfast is not included in the room charge. We did not try the breakfast due to the cost. - While parking is included it is challenging and confusing. - The hotel smells great! Thank you. - The one elevator is small and unreliable. - The area around the hotel is extremely busy and very noisy. The view from our luxury suite was great, and we enjoyed watching all the celebrations after Morocco won the Arab Cup in Soccer. Go Morocco Go!!! - The hotel location is great for walking to various restaurants, shops and markets. Mohammed Amin front desk staff was great and very personable. Our recommendation is to include breakfast in the luxury rooms, fix the parking and elevator situation. Otherwise great place to stay. Thank you Mohammed Amin for making our stay pleasant.

The room was clean and the staff was outstanding. The breakfast was very good by traditional standards for that area. The location was not the best and taxi drivers had a hard time trying to locate "New Art's Down Town hotel because there is no "New Arts" displayed anywhere, and none knew the location by that name. If you are a Westerner, it may not meet your expectations. Small elevators, steps going into the lobby that you need to carry baggage up, no vending machines, etc.

Das Hotel heisst nun DownTown Suites und nicht mehr New Art‘s DownTown Hotel, dies hat für Verwirrung gesorgt, bei uns und dem Taxifahrer. Wir haben nicht die gebuchte Anzahl an Betten bekommen wegen Umgestaltung…

Mi habitación muy amplia, pero un poco en funcional con dos baños y tienes que usar los dos porque no tienes que ducharte y en el otro entrar al WC ya que uno solo tiene regadera y lavabo y el otro lavabo y WC

Staff was great. The place was clean. Sheets and beds we're clean. The area around the hotel had a lot of good food. The bathroom smelled some though. A lot of bathrooms in Morocco do though. The toilets are not plumbed properly and the smells come back up

Lindo hotel. Zona muy céntrica en Casablanca y con mucho transporte. El buffet del desayuno es delicioso.

Indecente. Camere grandi ma sporche, cariche di polvere. Servizio reception una vera e propria presa in giro costante. Ho prenotato per 5 notti, ma dopo la seconda sono andato via. Una indecenza!!

Nice location. The room given to us has AC unit not working. We asked them for another room and they upgraded to bigger room for free. Breakfast is next level.

Fantastic place to stay. Staff very courteous. Even when I couldn’t find the towels that were there but I couldn’t see. Sorry! 30 minute flat walk to the Mosque.
