The entrance was lovely but as you go in rooms not that great Not fault of cleaner she was lovely and want out her way to help , but was over loaded with work To get rooms clean in time, also needed bit more activity around the hotel the entertainer tried his best both the cleaner and entertainer deserve 10/10 . For the affecteds.

Check in tool too long and bathroom could have been cleaned better, no rrom service!

Hotel wie gewohnt und erwartet. Jedoch Spa und insbesondere Gym einfach geschlossen. PS: Die Aushänge mit Hinweis auf Einschränkungen durch Bauarbeiten hängen schon so lange, dass sie bereits vergilbt sind.

There were major works going on around the pool for two of my 4 days this was very noisey there was no information stating the spa wasn’t working

Dirty dirty. The worst food in all Morocco. Very poor room condo. Staff unfriendly and no professional. I would not recommend at all. Avoid please. Bed bags and terrible linen. Towels with holes.

Although meant to be 4 star, the fabric of the building is very poor, one of the receptionists was unhelpful, soft furnishings are worn and the sun beds are broken and filthy.

At arrival, they didn’t find my booking and even I showed them my order in Hotels app, they didn’t believe me. When I checked in the room I find my pillow dirty. There was also a trace of something red on the bathroom towel. To me it looked like blood. I took pictures and showed the receptionist. He didn't want to accept and claimed everything was clean. After some minutes arguing he accepted to change both. The bathroom was old, dirty and not maintained according very well. The bed was not comfortable at all and the room was quite noisy. I could hear people talking in the floors both above me and below my room. However, the location was good and central and they demonstrated good service related to arranging various sightseeings and activities. Breakfast was acceptable but their coffees tasted strange.

Dirty, on arrival wanted to use the toilet,none of them were working. Room was dirty.

Vi fick ett ofräscht rum som var inte städat kl 11 på natten märkte jag att sängen var helt våt sedan vi fick sova i ett annat rum. Mycket oljud från trafiken. Väldigt obehagligt

Das Hotel ist günstig gelegen. Es ist nicht weit zu gehen bis an den Strand und zur Marina. Leider ist die Strasse ein wenig laut, es gibt keinen Safe im Zimmer und manche Badezimmer sind etwas renovierungsbedüftig, aber es ist sauer, das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr gut. Ich komme immer gerne wieder.

Other than the Policy that bared me from having my cousin stay with me because he is a National and I was born in the U.S. The hotel was wonderful. I came from America to visit my family. My family lives about 2 hours away so i wanted a place to sleep before I go. This was perfect. A lot of security, very close to the beach. A bar, a restaurant. The rooms are beautiful.

The spa was not open and allegedly closed long term for renovations, despite being advertised on Hotels.com as a feature of the hotel. The pool area was lovely, the staff were helpful enough and the breakfast had a great selection
