Our stay at Palais Amador in Marrakech was truly exceptional. The service is outstanding; Zac and Amira are the absolute best—always thoughtful, available, and incredibly proactive. The property itself is gorgeous, radiating Moroccan culture and charm through local art, mosaics, and cleanliness. It feels luxurious, peaceful, and is a destination in itself. Our one critical callout: If you plan frequent Marrakesh exploration, factor in the distance. This sanctuary is prohibitive for daily sightseeing. Expect about 2 hours round-trip travel, costing 300 to 900 MAD via the hotel's affiliated transport company. They are professional and reliable, but with no local options, these costs and times add up quickly for non-stop tourists. Palais Amador is ideal for a relaxing getaway where the experience on-site is paramount.

I absolutely loved my stay; will return; and have already recommended to others. For me, this was a perfect place to relax and recharge before heading off for the second half of my trip in busy Marrakech. It was a reasonable distance from tourist sites as well. If you are looking for a place that feels like luxury coupled with the warmness of friends, this is great place to go.

We came to Palais Amador looking for some relaxing time in the sunshine away from the stresses of home. What we found was a tranquil oasis with a family welcome that exceeded our expectations. From the welcome from Zac and mum on arrival to being greeted at breakfast by the kind and caring Amira, we could not fault how at home we felt. The food in the restaurant was great and the cleanliness and service exceptional. When we wanted a day trip into Marrakech, the arrangements were taken care of for us leaving us to enjoy the time we had there. We would not hesitate to recommend this beautiful place and will definitely look forward to visiting again in the future.

We had such a lovely stay at Palais Amador. It’s a beautiful, family-run hotel that immediately makes you feel welcome and at ease. The whole team are incredibly accommodating and nothing ever feels too much trouble. The atmosphere is relaxed and personal, which really makes the experience special compared to larger hotels. A wonderful place to unwind – we’d happily return.

This is by far one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in, in the world. The owners are amazing and help with anything. Food is fantastic and so fresh. Was truly wonderful and I will return

Amazing palais ,great staff and excellent hosts ,Maria ,Zac and Amira staff are amazing and friendly they just make you feel at home and also very good maintaned massive garden with olive trees and lemon and orange trees very relaxing excellent service food was amazing Latifa cookes amazing food ,its just beautifull to see there Passion and it shows because everything is done with love keep it up and will be back ,so overall excellent, thanks a lot for your great hospitality

The staff and owners were quite hospitable and attentive. I liked the idea that the fruit juice and fruits served for breakfast came straight from the garden. The spa service - massage was amazing (left me sleepy for the rest of the day)

Lovely escape with great service and food

A wonderful property with even more wonderful owners. This place is perfect for couples and those looking to relax. Not ideal if you're looking to "explore" as it's relatively far from anywhere lively, however the very helpful owners are more than willing to provide this service for you if you wish. I would love to visit again as it truly is the perfect place to relax

Nous avons bien aimé notre séjour au palais amador. La décoration est très belle. Le ménage est fait tous les jours et les chambres sont confortables. La propreté des chambres est au rendez vous. Juste dommage pour la petite odeur de canalisation qu’il y avait dans notre salle de bain. Les serviettes n’étaient pas changées mais peut-être qu’il fallait les mettre au sol. Nous aurions aimé avoir plus de shampooing et gel douche car on nous en a pas rajouté tous les jours. Le restaurant est excellent. Les cocktails sont bons. Les équipements de la salle de sport ne sont pas très récents, c’est dommage. La piscine est géniale par contre. Nous n’avons pas eu le temps de tester le spa. C’est dommage aussi que les aller retour navette pour aller au centre ville étaient un peu cher pour nous. Sinon c’est un très bon endroit pour se reposer ! Nous recommandons !

My first stay at Palais Amador was all I could have wished for. After 3 days in Marrakech it was like being on a private retreat. Zac, Amira and Maria welcomed me as if I was a guest in their home and that is how the whole five days continued. When you enter the gates it’s like another world with orchards of olive and fruit trees, the birds singing and one of the most beautiful suites I’ve ever stayed in with everything you could want. A 40 minute drive from The Medina but a world away and the perfect antidote if you want your trip to Marrakesh to be a tale of two halves. Forever grateful for the hospitality I experienced.

Our stay at Palais Amador was absolutely perfect. From the moment we arrived we were treated with wonderful hospitality and a warm welcome from the lovely family who run the business. The property is a complete oasis with nothing being too much hassle for the team on site. The food was delicious with ingredients from the garden and the rooms were spotless and very comfy. The facilities are fantastic with a great spa and gym and immaculate gardens. Transport to and from Marrakech and the airport was seamless and efficient. I couldn’t recommend staying at this wonderful property more and I can’t wait to come back again soon.

Amira & Zac were amazing, sorting Trips and Transport for us. The Hotel and Staff were fantastic, nothing was too much trouble, we will gladly return 😄
