We had a beautiful suite, clean and well appointed. The staff were wonderful and had a fabulous escape.

Die Zimmer inkl Bad Toilette einfach nicht 5 Sterne würdig. Sehr enttäuschend! Das Frühstück sehr dürftig und wenig Auswahl.

This property is a perfect way to enjoy the Marakech experience and still have a very pampered holiday as well. The property is well maintained, amenities are excellent and the staff are all well trained and very attentive and nothing is too much trouble. I could only highly recommend this property to anyone considering a short or long stay in Marakech.

The pool area was the nicest part, but peacocks roaming everywhere, very limited food options, being too far out of town, no gym facilities and constant mistakes being made by the hotel, made for a poor stay.

What an oasis. It takes a lot to get me relaxed, but here it only took me 2 days and I was in paradise. Great food, service, pool, gardens. Different flowers on the bed every morning made me feel like a princess. I hope I will be back Inshallah

The restaurant and housekeeping staff were incredible and we would return just because of them. The property was stunning, quiet and sophisticated. Unfortunately the reception staff are not trained and not set up to succeed. They never had change, told us to call them to pick us up and then didn’t answer the phone, no one there after 10pm. Room needs an upgrade. Minibar was broken, lighting was so dim, broken bathroom tiles etc. These were minor overall as our stay was a fabulous one. Restaurant and housekeeping staff are five star!

Tt est parfait, à une exception; les paons en liberté dans le parc qui vous réveillent par leur cris tte la nuit...

Atmosphäre, Essen waren sehr gut, Zimmer auch, nur die Aussicht auf Mauer war nicht so toll. Bar um 23 Uhr schon geschlossen u kein Haarfön am Zimmer.

The food in the restaurant was fantastic. The rooms were lovely.

Beautiful, peaceful quiet hotel set in gardens and with palm trees around pool. Relaxing. Outdoors dining for lunch & small bar, plus indoors bar, restaurant and lounges too. Clean, spacious, comfortable. Great continental breakfast. Evening restaurant costly. Drinks western prices. Spa hamman, massage & facial lovely. Pedicure not good. Spa is western prices. Bedroom spacious and comfortable- ours also had balcony with comfy seats overlooking pool. Helpful, friendly staff. Doubt enough stimulus for family hol: more quiet, pampering feel. Hotel not near anything so have to taxi everywhere. Hotel provides free taxi into town at 10am and 6pm, however it’s to the New town (western shops & restaurants), whereas we always wanted to go to the Old town (Medina, markets, traditional restaurants). You can walk from New to Old town in 25 mins though. Taxi back either pre-arrange with hotel (they charge 150 MAD - currently about £12), or barter yellow cabs down to same price. Beware: yellow cabs always accepted job saying they knew where hotel was but never knew! Many crazy journeys incl one in night rainstorm with no working lights or windscreen wipers. So not for faint hearted!! Hotel will do free pickup from airport if you arrange in advance, with a charge of 30 euros to do the return journey.

Die Ruhe außerhalb der stressigen und stinkenden Stadt. 5* Hotel, weit gefehlt, die Preise sind vorhanden (Glas Wein 10.-, Hallo?), hat meines Erachtens nicht mehr als 4Sterne verdient. Die Speisen übersichtlich, das Frühstück mit vielen Schalen in die Größe gezogen, die Auswahl gering, eine kleine Platte Wurst und Käse für das ganze Hotel, nicht mehr als 3Sterne!? Es wurde nach Aufforderung nachgefüllt, dies dauerte. Viel Personal, viel Tumult für nichts und es hapert trotzdem am Ablauf. Abgewohnte, nach kaltem Kamin riechende Zimmer bei Betätigung der Klimaanlage. Ich bin es gewohnt bei der Sterne Kategorie, Obst, Konfekt auf dem Zimmer vorzufinden, Fehlanzeige. Es lagen 2 verstaubte Nespressokapseln und 2 Teebeutel neben einem verkalkten Wasserkocher. Sorry Leute, da muss grundlegend das Mangement aufgeklärt und mal in ein 5 Sterne Haus wohnen, damit sie wissen was der Anspruch ist, ihr seit nicht in St. Tropez etc.

Great property staff was great very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was lacking a little but still ok. Pool could use some love, was a bit dirty and extremely cold (not heated) but still beautiful. I’d recommend this place over and over. Not as far off the beaten patch as some suggest.
