酒店的位置靠近主路和警察局 这在马拉喀什危险的麦地那是相当重要的。内部设施和豪华程度都物有所值 早餐丰富 唯一的缺憾是wifi基本处于无法联网状态 希望得到改进

酒店门口不是很好找，在一个小弄堂里（后来发现其实他有一个正门就是咖啡馆，正对大街），但是进去之后发现别有洞天，欢迎的薄荷茶和点心很棒，房间很有特色，有各种富有年代感的老物件。酒店很大，楼顶阳台很漂亮，早餐是此次摩洛哥之行中最丰盛的，特别喜欢omelette。法国老板给人感觉非常亲切，人非常好，有种法国男人特有的浪漫与绅士。服务员服务也很棒，还给了地图，此外酒店还有家咖啡馆对外营业。不足之处，我们房间搜索不到WiFi，窗户和百叶帘貌似打不开，浴室没有窗户比较闷。

Awesome location, walk around to Medina, very nice and friendly staff , breakfast is amazing

Merekeş'in merkezinde geleneksel Fas evleri tarzında harika bir butik otel. Otel müdürü Mervan çok ilgili ve kibar bir genç diğer çalışanlar da onun kadar nazik ve iligili. Otelin odaları geniş ve ferah olduğu gibi otantik bir tasarıma sahip. Sedirler divanlar vs. Klimaları iyi çalışıyor. Banyosu temiz ve geniş. Marakeş'te konaklamak isteyenlere şiddetle tavsiye edilir.

Superbe Riad le personnel est au top ! Le seul point négatif était la salle de bain pas en très bon état. Sinon c’est vraiment bien.

Very nice road in the old xity

This is the second time that I have stayed here and was not disappointed. The location is excellent as it is just off the main road and easy access into the centre or outside. The hotel itself is clean and luxurious. We stayed in the the junior suite downstairs this time and it was clean and quiet. The bathroom was spacious and clean.

The place was very clean and beautiful decorated. The manager was extremely helpful. He took his valuable time to help us. Very happy with the place and can’t say enough about the customer service we received.

Das Unterkunft war sehr Sauber und alle waren sehr hilfsbereit . Das Frühstück war sehr gut.

På bilderna ser boendet väldigt fint ut. Men det var den största besvikelsen. Hotellet är väldigt slitet. Skulle kunna bli fint om det renoverades. Rummen (även våra vänners) var jättesmå och i dåligt skick. Handfatet läckte, toastolen var lös. Det enda som var riktigt bra var läget på hotellet.

Friendly staff

Service was exceptional, the Riad itself was a welcome slice of quiet in the otherwise hectic medina. Very comfortable and also excellent location.

My husband and I booked this hotel for our 20th year anniversary. It is an amazing place and the staff is incredibly friendly. Very clean and we had everything we needed. The front desk staff helped us book excursions and those wre also wonderful. The only thing is that there are no phones in the rooms to call the front desk. Our first night I was freezing because I didn’t realize there was a heater in the room. That was my bad. Also, it is a bit hard to find the front door because the main entrance is in an alley but that is the case with all the hotels in Marrakech. We had the most amazing time and felt incredibly safe walking at very late hours in Marrakech. Can’t wait to go back.

Superb location. Lovely room. Personable, helpful staff. Good generous breakfast. Delightful roof terrace on which to spend sunny mornings. Remember to look at shops nearby the hotel. Not all the good stuff is in the souks!

The location was great. Very pretty hotel, friendly staff. Air con in rooms could be much cooler.

The Riad is beautifully decorated and the rooms are a great size. The staff couldn’t do more for us and made us feel so welcome. Great location for wandering and exploring the main sites in Marrakech.

The hotel is in the old City and not accessible by car so transfering luggage can be quite challenging. It is also a far walk yo the souk gor shopping and dining. The premises are old and kept in very hood condition. The service is excellent. The restaurant was delicious. Very charming. The indoor pool was beautiful.
