Personnel fort gentil au petit soin et palais au calme serenite des grands espaces des jardins de la grande piscine. Repas en terrasse en bord de piscine très agréables

Das Hotel und die Zimmer an sich waren sehr schön eingerichtet. Sehr traditionell und durchdacht. Leider zieht sich das nicht durch alles… 1. Service war nicht vorhanden. In unserem Zimmer war der Safe bereits gelockert. Sodass wir ihn nicht benutzen konnten. Nachdem wir Bescheid gesagt haben hat man uns gesagt, dass man sich drum kümmert. Leider hat man das nicht. 2. Frühstück. Das Frühstück war echt nicht das was man erwartet. Es wurde einem Brot, paar Aufstriche und süßes gebracht. Alles andere musste man dem Kellner sagen, sonst wird nichts an den Tisch gebracht. Es wurde von den Kellnern nie erwähnt was es gibt. Manche Sachen gab es auch nur einen Tag. Auch verschwanden die Kellner immer, sodass man schwer was nachbestellen konnte. Jedoch war das was kam lecker. 3. Die Dusche und die Wanne waren sehr alt und hätten ausgetauscht gehört. 4. Was sich absolut nicht gehört war, dass die Koffer geöffnet wurden vom Personal bei der Zimmerreinigung!! 5. Das Personal an sich war sehr zurückhaltend und hat von sich aus nie etwas angeboten. Auch wenn sie einen gesehen haben. Positiv: 1. Die Zimmer und das Hotel an sich waren sehr schön und traditionell eingerichtet. 2. für Leute die Ruhe möglich ist das Hotel sehr geeignet. 3. es gibt eine begrenzte Anzahl an Zimmern, sodass man kaum andere Touristen sieht.

L’hôtel est dans son jus. Beaucoup trop cher pour des services qui date des année 2000. Pas très bien entretenu, 4 étoiles, on ne comprend pas !? On a l’impression que le personnel n’a aucun plaisir à être là… ambiance très bizarre.

Eğer suitlerde kalıyorsanız temiz ve güzel konforlu. Ancak diğer yerlerde kalıyorsanız eski pis kokulu ve banyo suyu bile doğru dürüst akmayan odalarla karşılaşıp bunalıma girersiniz. İlk gece biz ğis odada kaldıktan sonra suitlere geçtik. İki ayrı dünya gördük. Lpkasyon çok kötü. Çok uzak heryere.

Quiet and serene location. Excellent staff and service. We reached quite late and the staff were kind enough to prepare us some food and nice tea knowing that we have travelled quite far and were starving. Spa, pool, rooms and the dining area were amazing.

Beautiful hotel rooms, lovely pool which was cold so we couldn’t go in. Very quiet in December, there were only 4 guests in the hotel, no atmosphere at all

Tranquil, very spacious grounds, pool rooms. Lots of antique furniture. A real Palace experience

Nice little heaven. Beautiful garden and rue suites are very large. It is out of the woods, so 100-150dirhams taxi fare to go into town. Nice bakery and restaurant no far, pretty safe area. Breakfast generous but could do with some variety such as fruit, different vienoiserie etc. It is the same thing in offer every day. Food is very nice in the restaurant. Overall, very enjoyable stay and the staff goes out of their way to make it pleasant for you.

Great place with great people. I got to meet with the owner's son - a very humble man and a true gentleman. I recommend this hotel.

The hotel, the owners father & Son, really they make it magical…you can feel everywhere. The garden was in perfect state, the suites are big, with separate spaces, living room with couche and& Chill couche etc etc, 2 tv’s, jacuzzi and separate shower

It’s a beautiful property with excellent staff. The room air conditioner was not working despite multiple attempts to fix it. They did try their best and kept pushing to give me a great experience

Hotel meraviglioso, personale eccellente e gentilissimo in qualsiasi ambiente alla reception alla hall in camera in piscina nel ristorante, location top! E per finire abbiamo conosciuto il sig Medhi persona cordialissima. P.s. un’abbraccio a Caty 🐶 la maschotte dell’hotel

Very nice Palais and very friendly reception, but service not very attentive. You need some patience, but it’s vacation

Déçus par cet hébergement 5 étoiles, noté 9/10. Le transfert depuis l'aéroport est facturé 30€ alors que le prix réglementaire est 15€. La douche manquait dramatiquement de pression tous les matins. Petit déjeuner: tous les jours le même, des fruits (sur demande) importés et pas mûrs alors que les marchés regorgent de fruits locaux très appétissants. Le mini-bar n'était pas réapprovisionné. En revanche: excellente literie et bon internet.
