屋主友善，房間很光亮令人有精神，很清潔。沒有抽風系統，浴室有點味道，我的房間沒有暖氣，晚上太冷了。 推薦天台拍照非常棒！

新旅店，所有東西都是新的，很滿意

We stayed one night here, I couldn’t have stayed any longer here. It was absolutely freezing, the weather wasn’t that great obviously not there fault but they had no heat in the room, they did have a little space heater in the room but wasn’t very powerful, The bathroom was very small, I stayed with my dad and requested two beds. We got a double bed and a couch, so I slept on the couch. The location was great it was a little hard to find but once we knew where it was it was easy from there. It was a good price for the one night, but I wouldnt recommend staying there any longer. Our room had a nice balcony, walking distance to the Medina, there was great restaurants around. They offer breakfast for 50 MAD. But we didn’t try it. The parking in chefchaouen is a nightmare but that’s not their fault we probably shouldn’t have drove. We paid 40MAD for one night parked in a little alley, 2 min walk from our hotel. The staff was very kind they offered to take our luggage but we just left our luggage in the car and took a small bag of essentials.

Hotel is beautiful, room is beautiful and the breakfast was so nice. A great location with walking distance to old medina and walks. Great view from hotel. We made great choice choosing this hotel. Thank you to the staff.

Muy poca profesionalidad Llegamos y No tenían las habitaciones y eso que las tenían contratadas y pagadas. Creo que perjudica seriamente a Hoteles.com por que deberían comprobar los establecimientos que ofrecen. NO LO RECOMIENDO

peccato posto carino però la descrizione della camera non corrisponde, preso camera con aria condizionata e con vista montagna, invece ho avuto una camera senza aria condizionata e a livello di un parcheggio

Un grand remerciement à Ilham et son équipe pour ce séjour agréable et son formidable accueil. Cette maison est très bien décorée et apaisante on s est sentie comme chez nous vraiment a recommandé.

Hotel.com confirmed my reservations. During my drive to the Princess Ilham sent my a cancellation during my drive to Chechaouen I arrived at 11pm and no one would come to own the door the talk with us. So at 11:30pm I’m looking for a room.

Un endroit exceptionnel. La propriétaire est d’une gentillesse incroyable. Propreté irréprochable !! La décoration est épurée... très relaxant.

実は宿泊していません。予約が入っていませんでした。ホテルズドットコムさんと契約すらしていませんでした。 今回フェズの宿もホテルズドットコムさんで取ったのですが、事前にWhatsAppで宿とやりとりした際に、予約が入っていない、ホテルズドットコムと契約すらしていないと言うことがあり、不安に思い、ホテルズドットコムさんにこのホテルを含め本当に予約が取れているか確認してもらっていたので、本当に驚きました。しかしここのスタッフは代わりの宿を探してくれ、その間ゆっくり寛がせていただき大変感謝しています。ホテルズドットコムさんの手違いでシャウエンでの観光時間が大幅に削られてしまいましたが、ここのスタッフさんにはとても助けられました。

夜晚有點冷，建議裝暖爐

Hôtel tout neuf et pas tout à fait terminé mais le séjour est agréable avec une vue sur la ville bleue et un accueil très sympathique.. attention..pour les frileux pas de chauffage mais une grosse couverture qui suffit à passer une bonne nuit
