I will start with the positives. The hotel is ideally located, inside is beautiful and the room was great. The cleaners did an amazing job and the staff were helpful. Breakfast was great and dinner was great, can’t complain there.
However the hotel was let down by the hotel (night?) club which would play music until 2am. We could feel the vibrations through the wall and hear the music . It was difficult to sleep. The staff could not really do anything.

The condition of the rooms including the cleanness is great. What lacks is the service. The sink in one of our rooms doesn’t drain and after we told them about this issue, nothing was done. No offer of changing rooms nor fixing of the issue.

Large and very pleasant room. The design of the lobby and common spaces is beautiful. However somewhat let down by inconsistent service (every day something different was missing from the room), treatment cancelled at last minute at the spa and a disappointing breakfast for the price (limited fruit choice & the cook didn’t know how to cook an omelette!). The outside space is also disappointing. The hotel is built over a shopping centre and the outside space is not very pleasant.

A new modern/luxury business hotel close to tramway, rooms are really spacious and clean. I could no figure how/where park my rental car myself, needed to valet. Tried to call room service, no success, so I ended up going down for late dinner, fairly slow and somewhat unhappy service.

Emplacement ideal pour un sejour en ville proche de la medina du palais, des jardins de la tour hassan sans etre loin de souissi et hay riad. Tout les commodités a proximités avec notament le centre arribat center adjacent.
Le personel est particulièrement accceuillant et attentif .
L'hotel est tres beau , bien fréquenté avec des restaurant et une piscine tres agréables pour se detendre avec un dj qui anime .
Les chambres sont confortables et le personnel de service fait un effort particuliers pour repondre a nos besoin .
Entièrement satisfait par notre sejour.
