Cut out from the medina. Easy access to jemaa lfnaa. Staff are wonderful and very informative. Very nice complimentary breakfasts.

Lovely and good area to get to places

Le riad est bien situé... A part la piscine qui est magnifique mais froide le riad n'est pas exceptionnel. Il est très humide.. le plâtre s effriter de partout. Il fait super froid dans la chambre... et c'est très bruyant... impossible de se reposer il y a tout le temps du bruits et pas celui de la médina. Il y avait quelqu'un qui ronflait dans le riad et je l entendais jusque dans ma chambre.. petit déjeuner bon même si je n'ai pu le prendre qu une fois.. c'est a partir de 8h mais pas possible a 8h mon fils est parti le ventre vide en excursion.. accueil ben on en a pas eu... bof

Riad con un encanto especial. Ubicación buena para acceder a cualquier sitio. Tanto Hakim como el resto del staff nos lo hicieron súper fácil. Sin duda volvería 100% recomendable

Einfaches Riad mit freundlichem Personal und Manager. Das Riad ist nicht einfach zu finden aber toll gelegen am Rande der Medina. Das Frühstück ist landestypisches und war für uns ausreichend. Alles war frisch zubereitet. Am ersten Tag gab uns der Manager direkt wichtige Tips und markierte uns auf einer offline Karte (Maps Me) interessante Punkte.

Very friendly and unobtrusive staff. Helpful with dining, sightseeing and travel advice. Good breakfast service. Charming Riad close to the Souk and many of the sights.

Reaching the Riad for the first time, you will need guidance. If you call the manager he comes about to pick you up. Once you enter the Road it a pleasant surprise. Once you have arrived you are greeted by the staff with traditional Moroccon tea. The manager speakes reasonable English which is good. Other staff can’t communicate in English. However, I used google translator which came very handy. Once trough this barrier they do they utmost to please you. The rooms are reasonably sized but basic. I believe this is the upgraded version of the the actual. Breakfast although was basic, but reasonable enough. Tell them a night before what do you want and they will provide it. Don’t expect a buffet breakfast. Overall I highly recommend this Riad. I was with my family and we had a lovely experience.

Ik was met mn zoon 's avonds laat aangekomen. Tip voor iedereen: laat de riad jouw transfer vanop de luchthaven regelen! Wij kregen een prachtige hotelkamer vlak aan het dakterras, en door het nog rustige seizoen, was het daar prettig vertoeven. Speciale vermelding aan het personeel van de riad: wij waren op 1 week in 3 riads en Ben Youssef was echt de beste en gezelligste riad! Hakim zorgt ervoor dat je je snel thuis voelt, en geeft heel veel uitleg over wat je kan doen in Marrakech. Echt een lieve, zorgzame man ! Als ik terug naar Marrakech kom, is Ben Youssef mijn riad nr. 1!
