Good location. Friendly staff. WiFi speed is so slow.

Situated in the medina, very convenient for shopping and dining. The room was clean and the bathroom too but there is this sewer smell which is understandable because it’s an old riad and could have come through the open window from outside. The manager’s hospitality will make up for whatever structural lacking. Nordine welcomed us with mint tea and helped us arrange for our day tours, walked us to tour meeting place. He recommended a very nice place to dine called Chez Hakim where staff are friendly, good eats at good price. Breakfast offering served in the common area was good. He got us this amazing tour guide Ahkmed, who is not only knowledgeable with the area and an intellectual with lots of historical insights and commentaries. Akhmed picked us up from our riad and showed us the medina like we were his students and family, he even accompanied us to the outside medina tour. Very kind, did not treat us like some random tourists of the day. He took us to this great family ran restaurant Zohra, where the food is delicious and the folks are great. In summary, you wanted to be in a place where you are well treated as guests. If you are looking for luxurious stay, go to a resort.

À deux pas du souk de la talaa, le riad est bien placé avec aux alentours restaurants et boutiques. Les hôtes sont accueillants. Prix très abordable, Chambre au calme avec sdb, on se sent comme chez soi. Grande Terrasse en partie couverte. Merci pour ce chaleureux séjour.

El Riad está muy bien ubicado, en pleno corazón de la Medina, pero la limpieza de la habitación e incluso momentos del trato dejan mucho que desear, el baño tenía un olor insoportable constante y las ventanas no encajaban dejando atravesar el frío, lo mejor sin duda el desayuno.

El riad tiene una rehabilitación muy burna pero se ha hecho un mantenimiento nulo con lo que está todo roto o descuidado. En cuanto a la limpieza es practicamente nula. Solo es optima la ubicación que se encuentra muy cerca de la puerta azul y de multiples restaurantes y comercios. Es un alojamiento que no recomendaria por su falta de limpieza

No me gustó nada llegar y que no lo hubieran limpiado de los anteriores inquilinos. Sábanas con pelo, baño muy sucio. Nardin muy amable, al segundo día hizo un canvio radical en la habitación. La limpió! La zona es unica, en el corazon del zoco en una calle principal.

El recibimiento bien, la limpieza y mantenimiento no se corresponde con las fotos y Nordine a pesar de que se porto bien no reacciona a los comentarios se limita a decir que la medina es antigua y el precio es barato, el primer día te dan ganas de irte pero al día siguiente limpio un poco mas, el desayuno aceptable pero no sé porque no mejora las instalaciones se ve que está acomodado y no hace por mejorar, el precio es barato pero se saca el sueldo en comisiones con los taxistas de las excursiones y de los traslados, en general no volvería a hospedarme ahí

ホテルに予約があるにもかかわらず、オーナーは旅行で不在でした。 本当に意味がわかりません。 なんとか部屋に入る事が出来ましたが、ロスした時間も５時間くらいありましたし、部屋はひどい匂いで苦痛でした。 予約を取っておきながら、ホテル自体が休みを取るとかありえないです。 全てが台無しでした。 本当にオススメしません。

The beds and pillows not good at all. The bathroom and the shower walls and curtains you can tell, days or weeks without cleaning them. My wife had to clean the toilet when we came. No soup...we have to ask for some, and the host kindly gave it to us. The noise was too much for us. Inside the riad and outside. The mornings are quiet on the opposite side...but the noise up until 1 or 2 in the morning...

The staff is great and the breakfast was really good, my first Moroccan meal, and is shared in a table with the other Gest so you get to meet them. The bathroom smelled like sewers and had mold, but no toilet paper. The building is quite old and authentic, so you get to see the interesting architecture from inside. The location is great, in the Medina, but close to the Blue Gate, ATM and everything you could need.

Wir haben den vom Riad angebotenen Shuttel für 15€ genutzt um entspannt und komplikationslos unseren Kurzurlaub zu beginnen. Der Fahrer wartete bereits mit einem Namensschild am Ausgang des Flughafens, in Fes angekommen wurden wir vom Hotelbesitzer persönlich abgeholt und bis zum Riad geführt. Beim Einchecken bekamen wir direkt einen Tee angeboten. Der Riadbesitzer war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Am ersten Abend zeigte er uns ein Restaurant in der Nähe. Das gebuchte Doppelzimmer war geräumig aber durch die alte Bauweise bedingt recht dunkel und hellhörig. Das Badezimmer hat etwas nach Abfluss gerochen und vor der Toilette war eine Pfütze, aber mit einigen Handtüchern war auch dieses Problem gewissermaßen lösbar. Unsere Reise war im Januar und dementsprechend zu einer kalten Jahreszeit, doch die Klimaanlage des Zimmers diente auch als Heizung und machte des Aufenthalt damit angenehmer. Es gab auch eine Dachterasse, die vorallem im Sommer sicher sehr schön ist. Das Riad selbst war sehr schön in marokkanischem Stil eingerichtet. Zum Frühstück gab es Weißbrot, eine Art Blätterteigpfannkuchen, Honig, Marmelade und Butter, Oliven sowie ein Glas Osaft. Ein typisch marokkanisches Frühstück, wenn auch auf Dauer etwas süß. Wir nutzten auch eine vom Riad angebotene Tagestour nach Chefchouen. Ein persönlicher Fahrer brachte uns mit zwei anderen Gästen in einem komfortablem Auto hin, stoppte bei Bedarf auch auf dem Weg und wartete um uns Abends wieder mit zurück zu nehmen.

Ohne einen einheimischen der sich uns sofort aufgedrängt hat würden wir glaub heute noch nach dem Riad suchen. Zu verwinkelt und eng sind die ganzen Gässchen. Angekommen war es doch recht schnuckelig, im Januar ein wenig frisch da keine Heizung vorhanden - aber das lässt sich mit 1-2 decken zusätzlich locker ausgleichen. Schade das es kein warm wasser gab. Zu den eh schon frischen Lufttemperaturen wurde jede Dusche zu einer kältefolter ;) Überlebt hat man trotzdem und im Sommer würde ich das Riad auf jeden Fall wieder buchen.
