Un ottimo benvenuto in Marocco. Personale gentile disponibile e accogliente. L’hotel è meraviglioso, molto pulito e le camere sono ampie e con aria condizionata. In conclusione un bellissimo terrazzo in cui servono la colazione la mattina.

Fatima e Ahmed foram bem atenciosos, com chás e sucos quando retornávamos dos passeios e outras necessidades. Pierre sempre disponível a nos ajudar com sugestões de atrações e transfers. Quarto limpo e espaçoso. Toalhas sempres limpas e boas qualidades. Quarto não possuía cortina de black out. Também não oferecia frigobar nem geladeiras à disposição dos hóspedes, considerando as altas temperaturas do clima da região para conservação de bebidas e outros alimentos. O ar condicionado apenas atenuava bem pouco a temperatura ambiente, e continuávamos suando dentro do quarto, inclusive à noite. Café-da-manha bom, porém com poucas opções e quantidades limitadas. Jantar oferecido à parte delicioso, porém oferecido somente vinho e água para acompanhar.

Perfect from start to finish, I can't fault the Riad at all. Pierre was on hand via WhatsApp at all times to help with anything from tourism tips to taxis and Mohammed and Fatima were always on hand whenever we needed anything. Everyone else was just as good we just didn't catch their names. Breakfast on the terrace every morning was supeeb too.

After so many Riads in Morocco and more than 10 visits to Marrakesh i have found the perfect Riad for my my future visits, Riad Chacha is an Oasis in Marrakesh, super clean ,smells flowers everywhere in the Riad,super well decorated, amazing team working at the Riad and the owner was always happy to help with my questions and needs. The welcoming drinks with a smile from the team is a plus... The Riad is really beautiful and the rooftop for breakfast or just a night chat observing the starts is super comfy and well decorated as thw rest. Location is perfect, in an alley without any movement ,making it super quiet,but just 1 mns from the street with shops that takes you to the Jemal Efnaa in 3 minutes... I really enjoy Riad Chacha i am pretty sure you will too! Marhaba! Choucran Bezef to all the super nice team thay works at the Riad!
