This is a lovely Riad with friendly, helpful staff. The room was great, the breakfasts were nice. It is, however, quite a long and very confusing walk to the main parts of the Medina.

Beautiful new hotel! Modern, spacious rooms. Had suite with a balcony overlooking mountains and city. Nice rooftop. Variety of food on breakfast. Medina location, close proximity to all sightseeings.

Beautiful. Staff very accommodating, friendly and helpful. Very close to gate for taxis. Very close to wonderful restaurant. Great terrace. Overall exceptional.

Had a great stay here bar a few problems using the bathroom. Zachariah was super helpful.

Gens très très sympathiques, bon accueil, avec du thé et biscuits, aide pour les excursions, conseilles, on voulais rester plus de temps, mais on devait aller à Marrakech. On retournerai ce sûre.

Beaitiful riad within the Medina. Fatima checked us in and she was very kind. Parking lot available within 1 block and easy access by car. Worked out well for us for the stop in Fes before continuing over to the Sahara desert. Recommend this place.

Fatima y el señor, el dueño del Riad, son personas serias, fiables y muy atentos. Nos han atendido y ayudado en todo lo que hemos preguntado, y nuestra estancia ha sido muy agradable e interesante. Fez y el riad, maravillosos, fascinante y un toque de misterio. Si podemos, volveremos sin dudarlo.

quartier idéalement situé,au calme, proche de la médina qui bouillonne.Personnel au petit soin pour vous, qui s'adapte à tous vos désirs.Petit déjeuner copieux et varié tous les jours, proche de la médina et à 100 m de la porte Ziat. facilité pour attraper un taxi peu couteux 12 dirham au + et qui vous emmène partout dans la ville.

Staff was very friendly and helpful--Just inside the Medina--Close to all the Shopping and good restaurants--Good Breakfasts--Owner greeted us every day and was helpful--Clean Rooms and Hot Showers. Very Nice Riad--Taxi can drop you off at the front door--Wish I could have stayed longer...

It was home away from home! Kareem was the most gracious host.Fes streets are very confusing,he walked with us the first day.Arranged a guide to go sightseeing and got us a taxi late at night to go to the train station. He made our stay memorable.Fatima was very friendly.She enlightened us on many sites to visit in Morocco. Room amenities were comfortable. Delicious breakfast and mint tea.Would definitely recommend.

This is a lovely riad with big spacious rooms and large comfortable beds. Unfortunately, the shower wasn't as great as I had to stand right at the edge of the bathtub to be able to stand under the shower. The owner's persistent touting of his tour guides was rather annoying but on the other hand, the front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. The riad is located a short walk to the main gate but the streets around the riad are very quiet and can feel a little unsafe to be wandering around in after dark if one is alone.

The folks here could not be more welcoming and are very helpful. Their meals are delicious and the rooms are very comfortable and clean. We were traveling with our two adult children and had 2 suites on the top floor that worked perfectly. Its a very traditional riad in the medina that gives you true Moroccan flavor. They were very helpful arranging for a guide and drivers. Their English is limited but we did fine communicating in French.

this is a great choice for a relaxing stay in tes, the riad is beautiful, clean, comfortable and the staff are friendly and helpful. they provided us with a map and we were able to find our way to and from the medina without any difficulty. they recommended a guide for our first day in the medina and also helped us with finding a dentist. the laundry service was very expensive and we didnt realisedthe the bed tax is not included in the price of the hotel. we would highly recommend this hotel
