里亚得 DAR DAR

砂漠ツアー前のマラケシュでの1泊で宿泊しました。とても綺麗で静かでした。スタッフのAnassさんがとても親切にしてくださり、マラケシュ旧市街の地図を頂き、フナ広場までの行き方やおすすめのお店を紹介して頂きました。ありがとうございました。 翌朝は砂漠ツアーのため早朝にチェックアウトをしなくてはいけなかったので、宿で朝食頂けなかったのですが、パンやフルーツのお弁当を作って頂けて大変助かりました。 立地についてはいろいろな観光スポットに歩いてすぐの場所です。夕方フナ広場まで行こうとしたところ、近くのモスクで礼拝の時間だったらしく、「その道は人が多くて通れないから、こっちの道がいいよ」と地元の子供たちが教えてくれました。もちろんチップは要求されるので払いました。結果的には近道を教えてくれたので大変感謝しています。時間帯によっては通れない道もあるようです。

Lovely Riad with truly exceptional service. Anass went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect; from meeting us in the parking lot to serving mint tea upon arrival and packing breakfast for us as we had an early start next day. The room was clean and comfortable. This felt like home away from home.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au riad, déjà il est tout simplement magnifique, tout était impecable,et en plus nous avons reçu un excellent acceuil, toujours des bons conseils, une aide très appréciée sur l'organisation d'un taxi en pleine nuit ! Et enfin un petit dej au top tous les matins. C'était le premier voyage que je faisais en tant que femme solo avec ma fille de 6 ans et j'avais sélectionné avec attention le voyage, je n'ai pas été déçue, bien au contraire cela nous a beaucoup plu à toutes les deux! Merci beaucoup à Anass et sa collègue ! Pour information, la localisation sur la carte d'hotel.com ne correspond pas exactement à la localisation du riad

Très bel accueil à l'établissement. Merci beaucoup à Aniss pour sa gentillesse et son professionnalisme, sans oublier Nawel. Nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement et bien conseillés. Donc rien à dire sur le personnel. Concernant les équipements, certains mériteraient d'être changés comme la plomberie de la douche. Il faudrait aussi investir dans un étendoir à linge sur la terrasse...

Un séjour merveilleux au Riad Dar Dar. Anass a été attentionné tout au long de notre séjour, pleins de bons conseils sur les visites et les restaurants. Les petits déjeuners étaient très gourmands et copieux. Le lieu est calme et très agréable. Nous reviendrons lors de notre prochain séjour à Marrakech :).

Anass et sa collègue sont des personnes très accueillantes disponibles et de bons conseils. Le petit déjeuner est très copieux et très bon seul bémol servi à partir de 9h (selon nous trop tard pour commencer une journée de visite). Chambre spacieuse et lit confortable.

Utter perfection from start to finish. We were welcomed from our airport transfer by Annas and treated to a delicious welcome of tea and Morrocan biscuits. The Riad is beautiful, clean and relaxing. Our room was lovely and just as we expected. We had two nights here and it was very well situated so we were able to enjoy everything that Marrakesh had to offer. Highlights for us were: Places - Les Bain du Lotus Hamman, Madrasa Ben Yousef and La Maison du Photographe. Trips - Hot air balloon at sunrise and Imlil valley hike. Restaurants - Naranj, Nomad and Cafe des Espices. El Fenn good for cocktails if you can get past their odd admission system for drinks. Breakfast at Riad Dar Dar was delicious and plentiful. The staff were kind and hardworking and would go out of their way to make us comfortable. Thoroughly recommendation you stay here.

Super séjour dans ce magnifique riad très bien situé. Anass a été aux petits soins avec nous et a fait preuve d'une grande disponibilité. Nous avons adoré Marrakech et je recommande vivement ce riad !

Amazing host and great accommodation. Our stay at the Riad Dar Dar was a through Moroccan experience. Anas was very accommodating to us. Great staff! Anas was wonderful and so was the lady who made our breakfast and cleaned! Thank you so much to the both of you! One thing to note is it looked like they were undergoing some renovations while we were there so the property wasn’t as appealing as some of the photos especially the balcony area up top. Another thing to note is there was no bathroom door, instead just a curtain. I’m big on doors being on bathrooms and thought I saw one in the photos so this was an issue for me, it could have been just our room as we didn’t ask but that was our room. Also, the rooms are not soundproof, I could hear everything going on outside of our room in the mornings, just fyi.

Excellent customer service

Positive: nice room and good breakfast. Negative: doesn't completely match pictures and description published. In the toilet: broken flush and main's plug not working. When arrived, 15 minutes ringing at he door without answer.

Anass è una persona veramente speciale. Non solo ci ha accolti nel suo Riad con grande professionalità, ma ci ha fatto sentire proprio coma a casa. Ci ha supportato in tutti i giorni di permanenza fornendoci consigli e indicazioni preziose. Il Riad è molto bello ed in una posizione comodissima per visitare il cuore di Marrakech. Super consigliato.
