The property is unique and amazing. The host named Rhadwan is very hospitable and helpful. He is very respectful and accommodating to all his guest. The property is very comfortable. I recommended this riad to all the travellers out there! Perfect!

La ubicación porque estas en el centro de la ciudad

Petit hôtel familial de 5 chambres, Redouane et Fatima sont vraiment très sympathiques et font tout leur possible pour bien accueillir les personnes et donner des infos utiles pour le séjour. Ils proposent de venir vous chercher à l'aéroport,, ce qui appréciable car l'endroit n'est pas facile à trouver la 1ère fois. Il y a beaucoup de petites ruelles à parcourir pour le trouver mais ça cet emplacement permet d'y dormir au calme. Les ruelles sont par ailleurs éclairées, très bien pour se sentir en sécurité la nuit; Le petit déjeuner est excellent (possibilité de le prendre sur le toit terrasse s'il fait chaud). Ma chambre était petite mais largement suffisant pour moi. L'hôtel est très bien situé, notamment par rapport à la place Jemma el Fna ... 10 à 15 minutes à pied... où l'on peut trouver des restaurants pour manger et visiter les souks. Je retournerai dans cet hôtel sans aucun doute pour un prochain voyage à Marrakech (je prendrai juste un masque car je ne sais pas dormir si'il n'y a pas le noir total : les fenêtres type vitrail sont magnifiques mais laissent bien entendu passer la lumière Quelque chose qui m'a juste un peu manqué certains soirs où j'étais fatiguée : un système de snacks sur place quand on n'a pas très faim et plus envie de sortir pour aller au restaurant.

Un accueil chaleureux, un emplacement ideal, une vue superbe et calme sur les jardins de la mamounia. Nous avons etait chouchouter par redouane et fatima, qui nous ont donné des cours de cuisine excellent. Un vrai moment de partage. Un tout petit bemol pour la piscine qui etait tres froide et pas très propre.

De Riad is in een steeg te vinden en in eerste instantie denk je ''Waar kom ik terecht?'', maar achter de deur bevind zich een prettig en mooi riad, met zeer vriendelijk personeel, die graag extra service verleent. De Riad heeft een klein zwembadje, waar je in kunt zitten en een gezellig dakterras, maar verder zijn er geen faciliteiten... Het ligt op 10 minuten lopen van het beroemde Jemaa el Fna plein en heeft dus een gunstige ligging. Wij waren erg tevreden met deze Riad en vonden Fatima, Redouan en Zaid erg aardige, vriendelijke en behulpzame mensen, die je graag bij alles willen helpen! Zaid heeft zelfs nog een heerlijke tajine voor ons bereid. Wij zouden deze Riad zeker aanbevelen... Een volgende keer zouden wij zeker weer voor deze Riad kiezen, als dezelfde mensen er nog werkzaam zijn.

LA STRUTTURA con caratteristiche tipiche dei Riad marocchine, si trova in una zona tranquilla e sicura a poche centinaia di metri dalla piazza grande dellla Médina . Nel Riad abbiamo fruito di una bella e grande stanza, consona alla loro cultura marocchina. Lo staff formato dal gestore Radouane e dalla sua assistente Fatima sono stati molto cortesi e ospitali, pronti ad aiutarci ad ogni richiesta.

The location and the service are great! Radouane et Fatima are so helpful and kind. The riad is so nice and clean. They make you feel at home, always willing to help. The breakfast was also very good. You can contact them by whatsapp and they will help you with everything you need. Thank you to Radouane and Fatema for being so nice!!!! De ontvangst was hartelijk en gastvrij. De locatie was helemaal top. Een rustige plek die je echt kan gebruiken na het vertoeven van de dag in de drukte.

Chambre propre et personnel accueillant

Lo mejor la ubicación, zona muy tranquila en la medina, puedes ir desplazarte a pie a los lugares emblemáticos. El personal tanto Fatima como Radoiane te hacen la estancia agradable. Lo peor la habitación pero por el importe pagado no considero que puedo quejarme.

Great breakfast, helpful staff, close to the old city. Definitely worthed the money. Only issue with no hot water and not working AC in one of the room, but they changed the room second day and everything was ok there.

Posto fantastico e immerso nella tranquillità in quanto le camere e la fantastica terrazza affacciano sull'immenso giardino dell'Hotel Mamounia. Pur essendo una zona molto tranquilla, i piccoli vicoli che portano al Riad che a prima impressione potrebbero risultare un po' troppo deserti sono invece molto tranquilli e abitati da famiglie del posto. Oltretutto la zona è molto controllata in quanto c'è il palazzo del Re molto vicino il quale è sempre sorvegliato. La colazione molto buona e consiglio di provare anche la loro cena a 15 euro sulla terrazza del Riad.

Very disappointing. This Riad - or whannabe Riad is not ready for guests. Still under construction. The front area where one would walk up to find this place is full of construction materials, messy, unkempt etc.,. But, giving benefit of the doubt! When we walked into the 'lobby area' it is a disaster. Shower curtains tied up concealing the 'pool' which is in fact under construction by some people doing tiling. The supposed future pool is like a side room off the lobby, just a dugout in the floor. Must have taken photos from somewhere else and advertised as their own on the Hotels.com website. But, again we give benefit of the doubt to these enterprising folks. Ask to see the room booked, it is super small - no way 2 people could be in it for sleeping or opening luggage. We needed to take another room in addition to accommodate ourselves. We had intended to stay for 3 nights, so were told it was ok we are reserved. Naturally, we make the deal - same as on hotels.com webpage with the manager staff. Verify price etc in writing. Then next day when we are trying to reconfirm and pay balance of cash - - they say there is no booking. In meantime we had discovered even more horrors - mouse droppings, dirty floors, no water pressure for showers and no toilet paper. Messy and not a tiny bit welcoming. (the 1 girl cook/cleaner overworked) Breakfast good but when thinking of mouse droppings and filth a turnoff - quickly lose your appetite. Next day another couple left before checkin.

Heureusement que Fatima est présente elle est super sinon: Transfert de aéroport au Riad payant Problème d’eau et d’électricité ont a dû changer de Riad mais à notre arrivé un insecte nous accueillais dans la literie On a demander remboursement et avons fuient. Vraiment très déçu
