Requested a ride from airport never arrived. Too expensive taxi. Won’t book or communicate on Expedia again.

Nicely decorated Riad in a quiet side alley of the busy Souks. We had two different rooms, one suite and one regular room. The suite is spacious and has windows to the courtyard. There is a very nice rooftop with lounge chairs and normal chairs. The manager is extremely friendly and helpful. We had a very pleasant stay and would highly recommend it.

Hotel was nice and clean and comfortable. Staff were very helpful and cooperative. Mustafa and Hameed went out of their way to make our trip wonderful

It’s very challenging to get to this hotel and nobody warns you in advance. I had to walk for 20 minutes with one backpack, one carry-on and one checked luggage, not very ideal. I had an early morning excursion at 5 AM so I had to walk for 30 minutes to get to the pick up location. (4:30am) I guess it’s pretty safe.

This is a nice place off a busy, very clean, and great staff. It is a little difficult to find but so is every other Riad in the Medina.

The bath towels were so old and dirty, I couldn’t take a shower, neither could I even dry my hands.

We loved our stay at Riad Granvilier! The hosts were lovely, really friendly and helpful with whatever we needed. The riad is beautiful, clean and we felt really comfortable there. Breakfast was great and there was always someone to greet us when we returned to the Riad! Location is great really close to the main square, would highly recommend this riad to anyone visiting marrakech!

We were meant to pay 87 euros, 926 dirham at today exchange. They charged us instead 1.033. Shower drain not working Breakfast was good and staff friendly Difficult to find Overall was ok

This property was rated 5 stars along with a 9+ customer rating. I honestly don’t know how that’s possible. The property was an old home in the middle of the Medina (old town) that was converted into a hotel. It was down two long narrow corridors, and was impossible to find without assistance from several locals. When we finally arrived, we were greeted by a friendly attendant. However, the property was in run down condition and wasn’t very clean. My wife didn’t want to stay because she felt unsafe. If you are looking for a 5-star experience, this is not the place.

Le personnel est aimable et courtois. Le Riad est bien entretenu et à proximité du souk.

古いので水捌けが悪い。シャワーが終わる頃には足首まで水たまりになる。チェックイン前に水が出なくなり、トイレも1階まで階段を降りなければならなかったのは辛かった。 スタッフはフレンドリーな人が多く、柔軟に要求に対応してくれる。中庭で小鳥と一緒に取る朝食はとても癒された。

La atención ha sido muy buena, pero ni la habitación ni el Riad son de 5 estrellas como pone. La habitación era más pequeña de lo que indicaba, la ducha se inundaba, el baño olía a humedad y las toallas no parecían muy limpias.

Fantastic Riad! Wonderful staff and just a comfortable and nice vibe. The room we got was on the top floor. Loved the tea and breakfasts. On the first day walking there from the taxi drop off I thought it was far, but after walking around the markets I felt like it was a great location. There are different markets around the main square, and this one had shopping close by as well as locals. Loved a soup shop down the street. Khawla got us breakfast a few mornings and was really nice and laid back. It felt like they anticipated our needs and helped us without being over bearing or in your business which is lovely.

The staff were really great people. Very warm and welcoming. We really enjoyed our stay.

Don't stay in this area. Very noisy and busy area. High population at the entrance of this area until 1:00 a.m. Dirty and crowded area.

Friendliest staff ever and great service. Wonderful breakfast at any time you could choose. Staff were also very relaxed about checking out late if needed, which was lovely. Room was small and AC had an unpleasant smell. But overall I enjoyed my stay.

A friendly welcome, a pleasant breakfast and a beautiful riad with a calm rooftop and the sound of birdsong were let down by dirty towels (with pink lipstick on one), intermittent WiFi and a non-functioning television.
