Most excellent service!!

Amazing place, run by amazing people. The location of the hotel is unbeatable, and the riad itself is so beautiful and peaceful, a quiet and green place in the centre of busy Marrakech. The hospitality is simply incredible. The staff (Badr, Fatima Zahra, Yassine, Yassine, and all the others, including servers and cleaners) made us feel so welcome, and were just truly outstanding. This place has my highest recommendation.

We loved how welcoming and helpful all the staff were at Riad Kaiss! The property was beautiful and we really enjoyed breakfast and a dinner on the rooftop. The location is super convenient with easy access to tourist attractions and the main square.

We enjoyed our stay at Riad Kaiss. The staff was extremely kind and friendly - they treated you like family which was special. Our room was great - we had a private terrace, the bed was very comfy and the AC was nice! We appreciated the care and attention to detail that the staff offered - Younes and Gigi were a great help to us during our stay. When we checked out the Riad gave us a parting gift and snacks to go which was such a sweet touch.

Long walk inside small alleys typical of Riads. Once inside it is ok. The rooms a bit smelly and the towels need to be replaced.

Just returned from a 4 night stay at Riad Kaiss. Immediately we found the Riad to be a welcoming , comfortable and luxurious place. The Riad itself is full of design features that keep surprising you the more you look around . Food was tasty and the breakfast a delight but this is all eclipsed by the staff employed here. Everybody was cheerful and friendly . The reception team of Mohammed and Gigi go above and beyond to make sure your day will run smoothly by organising trips and taxis etc. The Manageress is truly on the ball dealing with customers , agents and staff alike . Don’t stay here without having the in house Hammam experience ….now that really is a treat not to be missed.

Just perfect. All of the hotel staff made us so welcome, nothing was too much trouble for them. We had an absolutely amazing time and I cannot rate Riad Kaiss highly enough.

We had a great 3-night stay here. Staff were terrific and helped us with suggestions and reservations. The Riad is beautifully decorated. We stayed in the suite on the top floor and loved the private deck with cabana and lounge chairs and a table to enjoy breakfast at. Location is perfect - in the middle of the sites but still very quiet. Some noise from roof construction on the first day but it was not too bad after that. Price seemed a bit high but compared to other nice hotels / riads in Marrakech was reasonable overall. You will love this Riad if you choose to stay here - very authentic Moroccan experience!

We absolutely loved everything about this Riad. The service was exceptional, the breakfast was great. The courtyard is simply stunning. It is well located and the staff is super friendly. Hamza and Mohammed were great at guiding us to different venues. Nous avons adoré ce Riad. Le service est exceptionnel et l’hôtel a un énorme cachet. Il est bien situé à distance de marche de tous les marchés comme Jemma el Fna. Nous y retournerons sans hésitation.

We stayed 4 nights in Riad Kaiss and loved it. Very friendly staff and lovely accommodation close to many of the tourist attractions but far enough away from the souks to be quiet at night. Our room was spacious and had a large patio with outdoor seating, covered lounger and sunbeds. Lots of rustic features from a canopy bed to stained glass in some windows. It was great to be able to come in from the noise and activity of the shops to a tranquil haven where we could rest up before heading off again in the evenings.

Great staff. Hôtel needs a little updating - hot water limited.

Fantastic stay. Located in a quiet spot just a short walk to the main square. Very friendly staff who made our stay very comfortable. The staff arranged our sunrise balloon flight. This is a must and was an incredible experience with the backdrop of the Atlas Mountains. Highly recommend.

Beautiful old Road. All staff were very helpful. Breakfast was fantastic. All in all a very comfortable and pleasant visit.
