里雅德玛布罗卡酒店

酒店在杰马夫纳广场旁边，很热闹，但同时也有点吵闹。酒店装修特别精美，特别艺术，天台上也可以看到杰马夫纳广场灯火通明。酒店设施很棒，也很干净，住的很舒适，wifi也很好。酒店的早餐也丰盛，以至于吃完都不用再吃午餐。总之，值得推荐！

I was charged 6 euros for each night when we were checking out. I stayed in more than 8 hotels in this trip including 5 stars hotels and the charge from Mabrouk was the MOST EXPENSIVE.

Excellent location. Just 2 minutes to the square. Room is clean and comfortable.

Plus: Rent och fint. Fina lokaler generellt. Vänlig personal överlag. Väldigt centralt med 2 minuter ned till stora torget, souken, etc. Minus: Hade rum (”Hasna Suite”) som vette mot gatan, som är otroligt livlig tills sent inpå natten. Väggar och fönster är lövtunna och man behöver i princip öronproppar för att kunna sova. Bokade flygplatstransfer via damen i hotellreceptionen i tron att det skulle vara ett säkrare alternativ till att förhandla om saken på gatan. Blev ändå debiterad omkring dubbla priset jämfört med prislistan som sedan kunde ses i taxins fönster. Varning således.

The room did not appear at all as advertised. There is a terrible smell coming from the pipes at all times. Extremely uncomfortable and low beds. Very little products in the bathroom. 2 Channels on the television. I don’t know if other Riads are similar but it was not a good experience for us, especially for the price we paid. The rooftop and the fact they have massages was the only thing we enjoyed.

Really good hotel - really took care of us during our visit to Marrakesh.

Hotel vlak bij HET PLEIN! Locatie top. Alleen voor minder valide is het hotel geen aanrader. Trapje op/neer en heel veel afstapjes. Ontbijt goed geregeld personeel vriendelijk

We had a lovely persinalised welcome. They put rose petals in the bed with written happy birthday. It was so thoughtful. weldone

Camera molto piccola, porta del bagno traforata. Pulito personale gentile e disponibile . Posizione eccezionale. Qualità prezzo ottimi.

Fantastiskt läge och god mat. Tyvärr lite slitet överlag men rummet var fint skött.

El aire acondicionado goteaba pero el personal es muy bueno y amable. En el restaurante son muy gentiles y las dos recepcionistas también

Staff are very nice, thoughtful, and helpful. Hotel is in the medina, extremely convenient.

The staff was very friendly and the spa was amazing. :)

Not a traditional Riad but didn’t take away from how good the location was. Bed was hard which I enjoyed, but my partner did not. AC was ice cold. Room was clean and staff would change bed sheets and towels every day. Restaurant upstairs is OK and expensive - you’re better off going elsewhere. Spa was fine.

Construction work underway. Poor staff. Injad to move room as what I had was horrid. Wouldn’t go near agin!!!

Hotel muy bien ubicado y renovado

Très très déçu. A part l’emplacement en plein Jamaa Fnac, tout était limité!!! Notre chambre était à côté des cuisines et en dessous du réfectoire du petit déjeuner. Aussi je vous laisse imaginer le bruit et les odeurs. Impossible de fermer l’œil avant 3 heures du matin et après 6 heures. À tel point que nous avons écouté notre séjour à cet hôtel… Nous avons payé 4 nuits et ne sommes finalement restés qu’une. Le personnel nous a dit qu’il avait trouvé une solution pour nous mettre dans une autre chambre mais très sincèrement nous avions quelques appréhensions de la suite du séjour dans cet établissement. L’hôtel a mal vieilli, il nécessiterait de gros travaux de remise à niveau. Et je vous parle pas des premiers contacts avec l’hôtel : ils nous ont presque forcé de prendre leur dîner de réveillon du 31 qui était à un prix exorbitant, plus cher qu’en France!!! Quant au personnel, il est accueillant mais sans plus, le « minimum syndical ». Nous venons régulièrement à Marrakech et cette fois ci nous avions privilégié l’emplacement mais l’expérience fut très décevante au delà de l’aspect financier. Passez votre chemin.

The hotel was a traditional Riyadh and had reasonable facilities. The staff were great and very welcoming.

Hotel conveniently located near Jemaa El Fnaa square and koutoubia mosque. 1 km from Bahia Palace. Has a nice rooftop lounge and dining with excellent views of Marrakech. Staff was friendly. Ask for Ilyas when you arrive and he will offer many good recommendations during your stay. Shayma at the reception was also polite and accommodating. I would stay here again with family.

Sono stata al Riad Mabrouk a Marrakech e devo dire che è stata un'esperienza negativa. Il personale, seppur gentile, è completamente inefficiente. Ho fatto solo un paio di richieste e ci hanno messo giorni per accontentarle, se poi ci sono riusciti. Gli ambienti sono squallidi, poco illuminati e sporchi, pieni di polvere incrostata da chissà quanto tempo. La notte è un incubo: non si può mai dormire prima dell'una a causa dei mercanti che urlano sulla piazza davanti all'hotel. La cosiddetta colazione a buffet è inesistente. Esperienza da cancellare
