Good service. Good location. Good breakfast. Good stay.

Very nice Riad in a good place. The breakfast was good and the people that worked the breakfast. It was not the easiest to contact the Riad. Took over 6 hours for them to respond. The meeting and welcoming was not as good as other riads unfortunately.

Amazing

Es muy hermoso y tranquilo. A pasos de Jemaa el Fnaa Square. Su ubicación es excelente, a pasos de los puntos de encuentro para las actividades mas populares en el lugar. Volvería a escogerlo para hospedarme nuevamente. Agradecida con todos por su atención y servicio.

Die Lage des Riad ist phantastisch, Djeema el Fna ist noch nicht mal 1 Minute entfernt. Das Reinigungsteam ist sehr aufmerksam, genau wie die Crew von der Rezeption. Mohamed hat mir kleine Souk Tour in seiner Freizeit gegeben, als ich zufällig getroffen habe. Danke mein Freund! Und der Chefsteward des Frühstücks, kenne leider seinen Namen nicht, weil er an meinem letzten Morgen frei hatte. Er hat mir jeden Morgen erklärt, was ich auf meinem Tablett habe, immer ein strahlendes Lächeln und immer beste Laune. Ich habe mich selten so sehr auf das Frühstück gefreut. Vielen lieben Dank. Ich werde sehr gerne wiederkommen.

No hay piscina, el hotel es pequeño pero está justo situado en la plaza principal. Se siente encerrado. Hay que subir muchas escaleras para desayunar o si no te dan un cuarto en la planta baja.

Pulita e in ottima posizione

If you don’t like long reviews, then “stay here!” is all you need to know. If you prefer more depth in your reviews, read on. Located a couple of hundred meters from the famous Jemaa el Fna square in Marrakech (apologies for the spelling, my internet is acting up), Riad Marraplace is easy to find but just far enough away that you don’t hear any of the chaos going on nearby. It is an incredibly beautiful building with rooms that, while small, will make you feel like a sultan due to their opulence. The staff spoke perfect English and was as friendly and helpful as anyone could possibly ask. Breakfast on the roof was traditional and tasty as well as relaxing. You can’t see the square from the roof but it’s still a nice view. The only minor negative is the stairs. They twist around corners in a way that can make them treacherous if you’re not careful especially if you’re lugging a suitcase up or down them. But I would absolutely stay there anytime I would be in Marrakech. You’re close to dining, shopping, the main mosque, every tour imaginable leaves from the square, and you get to pretend that you’re a lot wealthier than you probably actually are. I loved it.

The riad is fresh and clean with comfortable, well-appointed rooms. We stayed twice, once in the older section that has not been renovated and secondly in the newer section in a recently-renovated room. Both were excellent. The older room was beautiful and had everything we needed including air conditioning, a shower, comfortable bed, etc. The renovated room had all the same features but the windows were newer so they offered slightly better sound dampening. Both sections open into central light wells and the older section include delightful sitting areas, with soft chairs, tables and plates of delicious oranges. Breakfast was fresh and delicious (moroccan-style) on the roof terrace each morning, and is not to be missed. The staff were all friendly and helpful. One more thing, and this is essential information. Riad Hotel Marraplace is within the medina, only a few steps from Jemaa el-Fnaa, Marrakech's central square. This makes it easy to get a short cooling break in the day or before dinner while being far enough away to be calmingly quiet. Highly recommended.

Beautiful riad consisting of an old riad and new built sections. Very clean, excellent staff with a service- focused approach. Right off the Jemma el-fnaa square. Good breakfast, and the staff helped at every step of the trip.

Grat location

Great place super close to the market and not a far walk to the bus station. Breakfast was lovely on the rooftop and staff were very friendly.
