Convenient location, just 10 minutes walk to Djemaa el Fna. The beautifully decorated riad has 2 separate buildings just opposite to each other. If no one answer the door, try knock on the opposite door (no name plate). Spacious and clean room with heating in room and in bathroom. Nice and friendly staff, though the serving lady speaks French only, we still can communicate to each other by writing, partly English and partly French. Highly recommend to dine in the riad for at least one night. Tarjine is delicious. Very big portion, though, for 2 persons, but that's moroccan style.

A well positioned, beautiful, comfortable, clean and friendly Riad. Nothing was too much bother and all the staff were very kind and welcoming. We didn’t use their services for trips etc as obviously there is a mark up for this and we are happy to negotiate in the medina, but if comfort and luxury are your thing I would recommend it. My husband used their private hammam, and absolutely loved it - he had a great scrub and massage. My kids and I used the very friendly and nice public hammam just down the road for a tiny fraction of the cost, however the massage was pretty minimal, as you would expect for less than £1! Overall it was an extremely pleasant and quiet stay in the heart of the teaming medina.

We were disappointed that upon arrival after a 9 hours train ride, our room was not available and were put up in a nearby Riad for a night. This should not have happened since we booked and paid our room for 6 nights in November. It is a lovely Riad , located about 5 minutes walk from Jamaa Al Fna within the Medina. The room was dimly lit as per other Riads we have stayed in Morocco. The bathroom needs modern fittings and bath tub will not fit an average person. The staff were helpful and tried their best to make our stay comfortable, however we felt that certain group of guests were more welcome than us.

We stayed at the Riad for 8 days and we enjoyed it very much. The room was nice and clean. The best thing was the staff, never have I been treated with that much worm and fun. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

There was a mix up due to Orbitz re the reservation - the hotel more than made up for it.

The hotel overbooked my room, so we coul daysdn't get the room we booked for for 2 nights . They upgraded us to a suite for the 2 remaining days and offered us a lunch and dinner for compensation for but, we were angry after the manager. They ruined our first night with such a disappointment. They are very friendly though

Super séjour, les propriétaires sont très accueillants ! Ils nous ont aidé à planifier toutes nos activités , ont tout réservés pour nous , on a été reçus comme des rois !!! Le riad est magnifique et le service est super, c'était une excellente expérience à refaire

We really enjoyed our stay at riad moulay. Jamila was fantastic and very helpful and accommodating with everything we needed. The place is very close to jamma el fna and it's also probably one of the quietest streets in the medina. Breakfasts were amazing. So it was the hammam! Very friendly staff: we felt like at home.

Riad agréable, propre, très bien placé , on peut tout faire à pied, au calme cependant, aucun risque, acceuil chaleureux, déjeuner du matin copieux, cadre magnifique et dépaysant à souhait, demander de préférence le riad Moulay 2, le nouveau est d'une grande luminosité par rapport au premier, les deux se trouve de toute façon l'un en face de l'autre, mais le plus récent est plus beau, il est très bien indiqué dans la Médina. Je remercie plus particulièrement la personne qui s'occupe de ce riad ALHO HANNAN, car nous n'avons vu qu'une fois le directeur, mais ce n'était pas grave, car cette personne est charmante, toujours disponible, et est aux petits soins pour les hôtes du riad. N'hésitez pas ce Riad est parfait , on s'y sent comme à la maison!!!!!
