由于航班取消，所以延迟了一天到达酒店，行程亦无奈延后一天，老板没条件更改了入住日期，没要求多收费用，另外，酒店内非常宁静，亦舒适～～

Helpful friendly staff, good breakfast, and excellent location.

Very nice and peaceful riad, we had a lovely vegetarian couscous dinner on one night and staff were always very helpful, even taking us to our taxi back to the airport. Rooftop terrace was a very cosy place to relax and read.

I spent the first fifteen minutes after I arrived trying to convince them that I had paid online. The guy at the Riad expected me to pay again in cash and unfortunately his English was not very good. I ended up having to send receipt screenshots to someone on WhatsApp. I didn’t actually stay at Riad Noor Charana even though that’s what I booked. I was put over in Riad Malfa. It was late and I didn’t feel like arguing with them. My room at riad malfa was damp and smelled of mildew. I was happy it was just for one night.

Check-in Check-in was smooth and the owner was very friendly. This part of the experience was completely positive. Stay The riad has an excellent location: within two minutes you’re in the busy Medina, yet the rooms and the building are surprisingly quiet. Water pressure was great, there was always hot water, and the internet was fast. However, the riad is very basic, and even with a member price I didn’t feel it offered good value. Communication was poor — before arrival they asked if I needed an airport transfer, but when I replied, I never received any answer. Breakfast was very limited, only sweet items (pancakes and jam) and no savory options. By the third day I couldn’t eat it anymore. The room was small with a slightly stale smell, and there was no real storage space, so I had to live out of my suitcase during the entire stay. Summary Great location and quiet environment, but the overall comfort, breakfast, and communication don’t match the price. Good for travelers who only need the basics, but others may find it lacking.

Good location, excellent freshly cooked breakfast on the terrace....(local breads, croissants, jams, eggs on some days) with fresh orange juice, tea and coffee. Arranged a cab to collect us from the airport through them. No hassle! Our room on the ground floor was a bit compact - we were given an option on a higher floor, but the circular stairway was a bit off-putting... Abdul was amazing....he was always cleaning, sorting things out and always had a smile on his face! He went out of his way to help all the guests so as to make their hols perfect! WiFi was an issue on arrival, but was sorted out by the following day!

Excellent rapport qualité /prix pour ce riad. Très bon accueil et personnel discret et très souriant. Le riad est situé un peu plus de 10 minutes à pied de la place Jemaa El-Fna.

I enjoyed my stay here. Abdul was lovely and welcoming. Although the place was very basic it was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was nice. It was quite hard to find the Riad to begin with. But once you get your bearings it’s close and easy to get to the main square and the souks. As a solo female traveller I felt safe in the area even though it felt quite chaotic when I first got there. No one bothered me and the locals/vendors were very friendly. I can recommend this Riad it was good value for money.

Really lovely Riad. Clean, comfortable and close to main square with lots of shopping. Also easy to get to main attractions, most within walking distance or short taxi ride. The owner, Abdul, was very welcoming and helpful and so was his wife. I felt really at home there. Reasonably priced, would highly recommend! Oh, and basic breakfast included served on fabulous roof terrace!

Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war für diesen Zustand zu teuer! Im Internet stand Parkplatz? War nicht vorhanden ? Sehr gefährliche Gegend !

Tivemos uma experiência linda em nossa hospedagem no Riad Noor Charana. Em todo momento, fomos muito bem recepcionados por Abdul que nos deu atenção em todos os momentos e nos explicou sobre a cidade. Em um dos dias, precisamos tomar café da manhã bem cedo e ele preparou para nós, além de nos ajudar com informações sobre o deslocamento e onde passear na cidade. O Riad é muito agradável, cheiroso, limpo, seguro e silencioso, um templo incrível em Marrakech. Fica bem próximo da praça principal mas também é perto para andar a pé por toda a Medina. Recomendo muito

Buen alojamiento, buen desayuno, y una atencion magnifica por parte del personal

bei unserer Ankunft waren wir zunächst etwas erschrocken über die geringe Größe des Zimmers zumal es keine Schränke gab. wir konnten uns aber im Nachhinein damit gut einrichten, zumal im recht großen Bad Ablage Möglichkeiten bestanden. allerdings muss man wissen dass jedes Zimmer anders ist. das Bad ist normal eingerichtet und mit dem heißen Wasser gab es bei uns überhaupt keine Probleme. die Klimaanlage arbeitete angenehm leise, so dass man sie auf geringer Stufe auch über Nacht laufen lassen konnte. das Frühstück auf der Dachterrasse war jeden Morgen sehr schön, auch wenn es relativ wenig Abwechslung gab. der Kaffee war für arabische Verhältnisse sehr gut und die angebotenen Marmeladen auch. zu den angebotenen Wellness und Massagebehandlungen können wir nichts sagen, diese haben wir im Riad nicht angenommen. gut gefallen haben uns auch die relativ kurzen Wege zu dem Hauptplatz, das sind nur ca 8 Minuten. in der Nähe befinden sich auch einige kleine marokkanische Bistros, die kann man gerne einmal probieren, solange man keine Berührungsängste hat.
