Gorgeous room, lovely staff who couldn’t do enough for us. Amazing views over the city from the roof top. Walkable to all the main attractions, souks and this Riad is a real find.

The riad was a quiet place to relax despite the hustle and bustle from outside. Staff were polite, friendly and willing to help with a smile. There are two resident cats and one tortoise which kept the children entertained after returning from a busy day exploring. Spa was also relaxing. Thank you.

Our experience at Riad Olema was amazing. The host Samir was welcoming and very knowledgeable, he gave us excellent information on hiring cars as we were in Morocco for a road trip. The riad is clean and the breakfast was delicious. The pool was right outside our bedroom, with this we really did have a true Moroccan riad stay. This Riad also has a lovely roof terrace with a Jacuzzi.

There were cockroaches in the washroom. We paid through Expedia and Alexandra, the French owner didn't care. She tried to cheat us. She added a night. She tried to charge us taxes for our daughter who is only 10. We showed her our receipt that we paid through Expedia for everything and she didn't care. She tried to change our currency which is against Expedias policy. Everything was paid for through Expedia in advance including the extra guest. They added an extra night as well. She did not care. Cheats.

Amazing riad. The staff is really working hard to make sure your stay is perfect.greqt breakfast. Close to the city center. A lot of shops and coffee/restaurant close by. There are 2 swimming pools. Loved the place. There are 2 domestic cats in the hotel very easy and loving ones.

The staff at Riad Olema were kind and attentive throughout our stay, and their day-to-day hospitality was excellent. However, we were charged for a pillow stain and almost charged for a missing shampoo bottle that was clearly in the bathroom (they removed the charge after we pointed it out). They also called us a cab but didn’t tell the driver we were headed to the train station — he was on the way to the airport until I caught it on the map. Apparently, this miscommunication has happened before. Great service overall, but some small issues to watch for during checkout.

Absolutely loved our stay at Riad Olema et Spa! Everything was perfect - awesome walkable location, incredibly kind and helpful staff, beautiful and serene property! I’ll be fondly remembering our time there!

This hotel is interesting! While the building is intriguing, the staff don’t know how to run a hotel. As an example, they said they will start serving breakfast at 8am, and based on that we scheduled our taxi, and day’s activities. When we came down at 8am, there was no one in the equivalent of the lobby, with the exception of a man, sleeping and snoring loudly on a sofa! After a while we found the guy who was supposed to get our breakfast ready, and after about 20min he started putting a few small cups of yogurt, a few small packs of butter and jams on the table. And when I told him that we are on the clock and need to leave soon, and asked him for other things that he had forgotten like bread and coffee, he didn’t like it, and he gave us the cold shoulder!

Brilliant location, calmness in an otherwise busy city. Slight language barrier with some activities but otherwise all good.

Zu allererst die Lage. Das Riad ist mitten in der Medina von Marrakesch gelegen. Jeder der das volle Erlebnis Marrakesch erleben möchte, muss hier gewesen sein. Die Unterkunft ist liebevoll gestaltet und eingerichtet, mit vielen Gegenständen die man auf den Souks von Marrakesch kaufen kann, genial. Die Unterkunft hat ein toll gestaltetes Rooftop mit Whirlpool dassl zum verweilen einlädt. Insgesamt sind es zwei Gebäudekomplexe die über das Rooftop verbunden sind. Dort befinden sich jeweils ein kalter und ein beheizter Pool. Sehr toll für Tage an denen man im Riad bleibt. Zusätzlich bietet das Riad ein Spa an, in welchem man Massagen und Hammam buchen kann. Aber kommen wir zum Highlight. Das Personal. Das Personal ist rund um die Uhr vor Ort und steht für alle Fragen und Bitten zur Verfügung. Ich war begeistert. Man wird vom Transfer abgeholt, Koffer werden ins Zimmer getragen, man bekommt eine Einweisung in das Riad, man bekommt mittels Stadtkarte alle relevanten Orte gezeigt und erläutern. Wirklich toller und einzigartiger Service. Vielen Dank.

Absolutely lovely Riad with super nice staff. Very serviceoriented. We had the best room of the house (room 7) and enjoyed it very much. Very very recommendable.

The property was clean, friendly and helpful staff. Open courtyard, well maintained. Quick access from the drop off. Only suggestion maybe having the name posted in main road so can be found easily for the first timers.
