酒店整体还可以，就是找酒店的地址花了点时间，办理入住的时候老板给升级了房间，变成了套房有很大的阳台，早饭还可以，洗澡水很热，酒店有游泳池，不过天气太冷没有使用，酒店很安静，服务态度非常好，值得入住

Belle décoration traditionnelle, bon petit déjeuner servi sur une grande table ronde avec sofas dans un petit salon. Personnel serviable

Très jolie Riad, dans un quartier où se trouvent de nombreuses maison. A 15min à pied du musée du Cinéma et de la Kasbah. A 5 min en voiture en prenant un taxi (Tarif fixe des taxis à 5DH/Personne) Très bon accueil et personnel très attentionné. Je recommande ce jolie Riad!

Superbe riad, magnifiquement decoré! Endroit calme, Bon service. Compter 20 min a pied piur le centre ville ou 4 min en taxi.

SUPERBE Riad. L'architecture est de toute beauté. Le personnel est très professionnel et les repas y sont excellents. J'y retournerais avec grand plaisir.

I was there only to see Ait Benhaddou, 19 miles away the next day. Without asking, the hotel arranged for a taxi to pick me up at the airport for 5 Euros, which was a great benefit as its a small airport and ground transportation is not guaranteed. Per my request when I arrived at the hotel, the hotel people quickly arranged for a taxi to pick me up the next day, take me to Ait Benhaddou and pick me back up in the afternoon at a pre-arranged time, which was great as I got to spend the whole day, 7 hours, exploring the site and the surrounding area!! They also arranged for a taxi to take me back to the airport early in the morning to catch a flight on to Casablanca the next day. The breakfasts were very good, too, as well as the room. If I went back there again I'd stay at this hotel for sure. Very fine and good people there!

We arrived late in the day and left early the following morning so ours was a short stay. Despite that, we found the staff very accommodating and were delighted they fixed us a nice dinner despite our late arrival. The dining area is very nice and the room itself was very clean and comfortable. The hotel itself is located in a quiet neighborhood with not much going on around nearby. We did not try to walk to anything although no reason not to. Would stay here again without hesitation.

Superfreundliches Personal, sehr gutes Essen , Ausstattung wie aus 1001 Nacht ... in einer ruhigen Wohnnachbarschaft gelegen , aber wenn man drinnen ist , fuehlt man sich wie in einer anderen Welt ....

What would have been a late afternoon check-in became a near midnight one due to flight delays.I stayed in touch with the Riad about it and so our welcome couldn’t have been nicer: we were super friendly awaited at the door, greeted with tea , homemade cookies followed by a delicious three course dinner. This beautiful woman had waited for us all evening . I have to say that was the sweetest thing that happened to us in Morocco!!!!! Same with breakfast, just beautiful .... The Riad’s interior and decoration are amazing , all moroccan original ... my kids ( 10 and 8 ) felt like they were in an Aladdin set . As I said , the staff couldn’t have been nicer . We felt very welcome and taken care off .... unfortunately we stayed just one night , but we’ll be back whenever our travels bring us to Ourzazate again .

Bon rapport qualité-prix, personnel aux petits soins, joli hôtel décoré avec goût. Un peu éloigné du centre-ville et de la kasbah.

Das Riad strahlt eine düstere Athmosphäre aus. Das Personal ist zwar freundlich, das Riad verfügt allerdings über eine ungenügende Infrastruktur. Beim Lavabo fehlt die Abstellfläche. Frottiertücher können nicht aufgehängt werden. Ein Haartrockner fehlt und muss angefordert und nach Gebrauch wieder zurückgegeben werden. Die Dusche hat keinen Vorhang, so dass die Toilette jeweils nass wird.

Etwas ausserhalb des Ouarzazte Zentrums in ruhiger Gegend, nicht ganz einfach zu finden. Herzlicher Empfang, Zimmer einfach, Frühstück gut, Gratis Parkplatz schräg gegenüber (unbewacht)

This was a beautiful Riad with a lot of beautiful detailing. We stayed her before and after our trip to the desert. We had dinner the first night we were there and it was delicious!

Nice hostel, don’t expect too much!

It's very nice and beautiful hotel, located in quite area of the city. The staff of the hotel is really nice, they allow us to use their kitchen to warm our food due to we arrived the hotel quote late. They're very to help cooking salad when we requested even they already clean the kitchen. You can visit the supermarket 15 mins by walk. Really recommend this lovely Riad.

Nice quiet property. Not fancy or luxurious, but well appointed, reasonably comfortable, and accommodating, if not fully professional staff. We were very happy with our stay.

Miły kameralny wypoczynek. Czuliśmy się jak byśmy mieszkali w domu znajomych Marokańczyków. Ciekawym doświadczeniem był pobyt w oryginalnym marokańskim domu .Świeżo odnowione i bogato ozdobione wnętrza ,niepowtarzalny klimat obiektu nieporównywalny z wypoczynkiem w hotelu,przyjazna obsługa,dobre śniadanie,czysto i schludnie.W TV programy polskojęzyczne co było miłym zaskoczeniem.Stosunkowo niewielki basen co może stanowić dyskomfort dla miłośników pływania.Dla osób podróżujących samochodem blisko bezpłatny i wygodny parking,dobry dojazd do głównych atrakcji miasta.
