Amazing location, interior and staff. Normally i don’t spent much time in my accommodation. Specially thanks to Anas he was very nice and pleasant . Salam men akoh palstineeee .

Incroyable, merci encore pour tout

Absolutely had a great stay. Was there 9 days and my room was well kept. The breakfast spread was jus delicious. The staff was very nice and friendly specially Rita. Riad is very elegant and well kept. Birds come in the courtyard and wander around so beautifully. Place is 5 minutes from the places so I was never bored as a solo traveler. You could hear the entertainers all the way in the room at night but nothing that kept me awake. Absolutely will come back with my children this time.

It's best to stay in a Riad in Marrakech rather than a modern hotel. Plumbing not perfect but the whole setting was traditional Moroccan. Lovely bedroom furnishing. Right next to the main square so easy to get back to your room after shopping or eating out. The Manager, Mouniz, couldn't have been any more helpful. He would be the reason I would go back to Riad Persephone.

La atención a la entrada fue extraordinaria (aunque sí faltó el recibimiento con té como en otros riads inclusive de mucha menos categoría), aun así me encantó la atención del recibimiento, el check-in fácil y rápido, la buena cara, todo nos dio mucha tranquilidad en un lugar tan caótico como lo es Marrakech. Respecto a las instalaciones si bien, están muy bien cuidadas, limpias y bonitas, solamente el baño se nos complicó porque el sostén de la regadera no estaba bien y no permitía colgarla adecuadamente, además de su posición muy baja. En cuanto a la ubicación es óptima (tal vez falta un letrero que indique desde la calle principal, ya que confunde un poco buscarlo porque está escondido), pero es excelente, justo a 3 minutos del café de france de donde salen los tours. Lo recomiendo, nos hubiese gustado estar más tiempo.

Amazing stay. Everything was perfect. Clean amazing pool, room was very cute, breakfast was amazing. Had a whole bookshelf to choose books from. Service was exceptional.

私は代替のホテルに連れていかれました。 その部屋は古く、汚く、外は煩く、暑く、最悪のでした。 代替の部屋は予約した部屋同等のレベルでないといけません。 このことではじめてのモロッコ旅が台無しになりました。

私は宿泊することが出来ませんでした。 オーバーブッキングです。 宿泊施設のマネージャーはそのことをhotels.comに報告しませんでした。 その為、私はhotels.comから代替の宿泊施設の提案を受けることが出来ませんでした。 そして、彼はhotels.comからの連絡を無視しました。 彼は私が泊まれなくなったと私に直接言ってきました。 そして、彼は、私が別の宿泊施設を見つけるように言いました。 hotels.comはこの行動を認めていません。 彼は代替の宿泊施設手配する気がなかったようです。

Best location in town. Clean and good service. Budget option for few nights.

Flott beliggenhet og bra frokost. Men ingen rengjøring på 6 dager!!Det føles veldig uhygenisk, vi måtte spør om rene håndklær! Rommet var veldig lite ikke plass til koferter. Ikke vindu ut og bare en halv vegg inn til badet! Der er heller ikke noen utlufting. Ikke noe vann på flasker, badekåpe,tøfler eller hårføner.Det er heller ikke resturang, men det er jo lett å finne i nærheten.

Riad molto carino confortevole, silenzioso, tranquillo. Personale dispinibile, camera spaziosa, letto ottimo. Colazione buona. Si trova vicino a due ristorantini, uno meglio dell'altro. È stato un bel soggiorno.

Rigtig hyggeligt hotel. Vi blev rykket op på et større værelse, hvilket var rigtig god service. Dog fik vi ikke tilbudt noget morgenmad, selvom det hørte med. Små dyr omkring vasken. Super god belligenhed, ville helt klart komme igen.

최성수기 예약(12/24일-12/26일, 총 2박, 1트윈룸+2싱글룸 예약 투숙객은 성인 4명.)이여서 출발 전까지도 예약 확인을 수차례 해왔으나, 현지에 늦은 시간 도착하여 체크인 하려하니 방이 없다고 배째라는 식으로 나옵니다. 예약자 이름 확인은 물론 바우처를 보려고 하지도 않은 상태로요. 그러면서 근방에 있는 Riad Oulaya tarra이라고 본인들과 연계된 듯 한 호텔에 인심 쓰듯이 방을 잡아 주면서 사과는 커녕 모욕적인 말을 늘어놨습니다. 호텔스 닷컴 측에서도 이런 부분은 잘 신경써서 예약진행을 하셔야 한다고 봅니다.

Given the low cost, it's quite a good little place to stay. The staff (Sufiyan) was very helpful.
