I’d like to recommend Riad Samsli Hotel Marrakesh because we had such an amazing experience during our stay in the hotel. Staff were so attentive and polite, especially we were so lucky to meet Sofyian, such a wonderful person, as soon as we checked in the hotel, he gave us every assistance we needed. We’ll definitely choose this hotel when we revisit Marrakesh. Thank you for everything Sofyian, all the best!

What a wonderful experience. The Riad is a small hidden gem with incredible service. From check in to check out Sofien took such good care of our entire group of 10. Our stay was made infinitely better because of him. I would be remiss if I didn’t say something about the included breakfast there was so much food and everything was delicious.

Perfect location. About 8 minute walk to the square. Even though it is close to lots of action, it is located down the alley and very quiet. Delicious breakfast. The two hosts spoke great English, were very friendly and extremely helpful

Beautiful place. Very convenient location. Very warm and welcoming staff. Not much selection for breakfast, but love the breads, and the delicious jams that came with the bees. Lol and surely do appreciate the hospitality. Plenty of nice spaces to lounge in. I love that they cleaned our room everyday. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend to other people. Nous avons opté pour le transfert depuis l’aéroport. Arrivés sur place, le Riad étant inaccessible pour les voitures, un homme équipé d’une charette et travaillant avec l'établissement a pris nos valises et nous a guidés jusqu’au Riad. Après 3 minutes de marche dans les effervescentes rues de la médina, nous arrivions dans ce lieu de calme et de toute beauté. Un thé et des gâteaux nous sont proposés devant la fontaine, le temps de faire le Check in. Guidés ensuite vers la suite Sultana nous avons découvert toute la beauté, le confort et la propreté de ce lieu. Le petit déjeuner est excellent et très copieux. Nous avons dîné une fois sur place et nous sommes régalés. Le personnel est extrêmement attentif mais très discret à la fois. Nous avons parfois eu des demandes spéciales pour lesquelles le personnel a dès que possible proposé une solution. Le riad est très bien situé, tous nos déplacements se sont faits à pied. Si nous revenons à Marrakech c’est la bas que nous séjournerons.

My daughter and I stayed here for 3 nights and loved it. Everyone was so friendly and helpful and we loved the ambience of the place. We will have great memories and hope to stay there again as it was really quite special. :)))))

This place is a jewel. Right in the centre of Marrakech and yet an oasis of peace and calm beauty. The riad itself is stunning: charming, elegant, traditional and comfortable. The staff are SO attentive and helpful. If I ever return to Marrakech, I WILL stay at Samsli. I cannot recommend it enough.

When we first arrived in Marrakech, the chaos was a little overwhelming. We dipped through the streets and when we arrived at Samsli we were greeted warmly by Soufiyan with mint tea and biscuits. The place is stunning! Our room was just enough for two travellers. Soufiyan and co were incredibly hospitable and friendly, going out of their way to make sure our stay was lovely, they couldnt do enough for us in terms of recommendations and refreshments. I would recommend Samsli to anybody looking to be in the heart of Medina whilst still having a relaxing time. The noise of the city cannot be heard at the riad, whilst still being a short walk away from everything. A beautiful rooftop and lovely breakfast every day was an amazing way to start our days. Would stay again!

Every corner sparkled, and it was clear that the staff takes immense pride in maintaining such a pristine environment. This attention to detail truly contributed to a feeling of comfort and relaxation. Beyond the physical beauty, the atmosphere at Riad Samsli was incredibly peaceful. It provided a welcome escape from the bustling energy of the city, offering a tranquil haven where I could unwind and recharge. Great location for the Centre on town and easy to get everywhere as a base, very clean and amazing breakfast cooked by Milolida, The stuff were so friendly and helpfully and even walked us to the taxi on our last day where they had helped us arrange a driver to take us to the mountains and drop off at the airport in the evening, fabulous service. Molika and Soufiine, were so kind and helpfully and we would definitely stay again, thank you all.

The staff were amazing especially Sofien. The breakfast was delicious. The location was very convenient for all the places of interest in Marrakech. X

An amazing oasis in a busy city, the staff were welcoming and friendly, helping with any questions we had and organising taxis and tours for us. We ate at the Riad on our first night and had a huge tagine, so big we couldn’t finish it. Our rooms were functional, clean and comfortable.

Ottima struttura a pochi passi dalla piazza principale. Il vero plus è la colazione deliziosa servita ogni mattina, il servizio sempre disponibile e la posizione comodissima per visitare la Medina.
