Staff so nice and helpful, but the room size too small.

Tyvärr, vi kunde inte stanna på grund av privata omständigheter. Men den lilla vi kunde se var att personal var trevlig, rummet var fin och ren. Det var en mysig ställe att bo. Den som vi tyckte inte om var plats där Riad ligger. Väldigt svårt att hitta och ganska otrevlig område.

Great staff very helpful . Beautiful architecture and amenities. I would stay here again !

Wir hatten drei leider nicht so tolle Tage in der Riad verbracht. Das Zimmer ist sehr sehr klein und riecht wirklich unangenehm!! Stark muffelnd Das Zimmer wurde erst am dritten Tag gereinigt und die Handtücher neu ausgetauscht. Das Personal allerdings sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. ACHTUNG: Diese Riad ist nicht mit dem Auto erreichbar man muss ordentlich laufen um anzukommen. Liegt allerdings sehr zentral zur Medina. Wenn man Touren bucht wird man nicht von der Riad sondern immer 20 min ca. Gehweg abgeholt!

Booked this Riad with high expectations given the overwhelming good reviews, but wow were we disappointed. The pool is very small, cant really call this a pool, never used by anyone whilst we were there and not clean. The room I had was fine, a double and a single bed, which were comfortable, with decent pillows. My room had a fridge which wasnt plugged in, couldnt be plugged in as the cable was nowhere near long enough to reach a socket, so it just sat there although none of the other rooms had a fridge. There are rugs all over the room which can be quite slippy, and there are no hangers, and limited storage space. The bathroom had seen better days, very uninviting, with a toilet seat that didnt fit. toileteries wre provided in two plastic bottles, pink and orange, with no idea what they were for. Breakfast was average at best, nice fresh orange juice, with an assortment of bread - you have to ask for the omlette, and thats it. The Riad is at least a 20 minute walk from the main square. We felt the description on Hotels.com was misleading and inaccurate and will be taking this up with them.

We had a lovely stay at Riad Tarba. It was walkable into the main square. The staff were wonderful and kind. Breakfast was delicious but very carb/sweet heavy..it needed some protein/egg options and some fresh fruit/yoghurt would have been great. Overall a wonderful stay.

Chambre aurait besoin d’un peu d’amour. Drap et salle de bain très propre. Personnel fantastique Nourriture dej honnête Tajine poulet la meilleure. Hammam parfait!

Endroit magnifique, le personnel serviable, gentil, adorable, on ne les remercie jamais assez. Petit déjeuner super bon.

Location to Medina and walkability

The area is not safe and dirty as well

The room was small but clean. The staff were friendly and courteous. I booked at a reasonable price because of its location, but was charged extra “tax” of $50 USD when we arrived. Btw, the location is so far off the beaten path that you cannot take a taxi or car to the Riad. Expect to walk a while with your luggage. They “complimentary” booked a taxi to take us to the airport but charged us $26 to take the taxi there. Overall, if you can, do a little more research than me. We were desperate and limited on time.

Le personnel au petit soin. La chambre était propre. J'ai beaoucoup aimé la décoration de l'établissement.

This Riad is VERY far off the main street. Ive stayed in a few raids and this was the most inconvenient location wise.

Les employés sont très gentils et la chambre très confortable je recommande!
