Excellent service, kind and willing to help, delicious breakfast, felt like part of a family! Plumbing problems (not enough water pressure in the upper floor: had to wait a lot for the water tank in the bathroom to fill and use it). Small room for three adults.

The riad is tucked in the side street so it's quieter which is what we like. Our guide helped us located the riad as it can be tricky to find it on your own for the first time. We were greeted by Karima with some mint tea. She gave a few restaurants recommendation. Then we were settled into the new room up in the terrace. We were told this room is a newly added one and it was an upgrade. Room was spacious in Morocco standard. It has 2 single beds and a queen size bed. Beds were firm but we preferred that way. There was hot water in shower and toilet worked well with the exception that it had a long weird plumbing sound after each flash. The A/C showed at 16'C and it was blowing some cold air but doubted the reading is accurate. Remember this room is in the terrace so it's being baked all day. The housekeeper cleaned room daily and turned off A/C. It took at least an hour to cool down the room. We were able to store something inside the fridge. Daily breakfast was sufficient with various kinds of bread, Laughing Cow cheese and yogurt. Beverages were OJ and mint tea. Note that wifi only works in lobby and not in room which was inconvenient. The riad owners are nice and friendly. They helped organized tours if needed. The location is about 15 mins walking to the square. Nice terrace but we didn't get to enjoy as it was still too warm in the late evening.

Heerlijke riad, kleinschalig met persoonlijke aandacht van Karima. heerlijk ontbijt, fijn dakterras. We mochten de koelkast gebruiken om ons water koud te leggen en kregen veel goede informatie. We hebben het heerlijk gehad.

Riad nella media, pulito, non semplice da trovare perché nascosto nei vicoli della Medina. Noi avevamo una tripla con tre letti singoli. Colazione così così.

Heel erg mooi Riad. Wij zaten in Riad Bonheur, dit zit ernaast en is van dezelfde eigenaar. Erg behulpzaam personeel. Ook de kookklas is erg goed! Een aanrader! (regel wel een transfer want het zit goed verstopt)

Very nice Riad in center Medina in Marrakesh. 5 min walk to Jemaa El Afna (main square) and all other touristic attractions. Host amazingly gentle and helpful. Totally recommended.
