Room was spectacular, service was beyond excellent. Very beautiful Riad. I will be staying there again next time

This riad had an excellent service, special thank you to Thierry, who is going above and beyond for its guests. The decoration is beautiful and the rooms are great. Go there without a doubt.

This riad is so pretty and provides a sense of calm with the yellow tone and subtle designs. The room was clean and spacious, I loved the view into the courtyard and overlooking the terrace from our room. It had a very chic feel and was walkable to a lot of places which was convenient- a short walk to mederesa Ben yousef and the Medina! Restaurants were walking distance as well and not too hard getting a taxi. Breakfast was included which was convenient as our days were busy.

The staff is incredible friendly and make this Riad really a quite and safe heaven after the busy medina outside. The rooftop and pool terrace is incredibly comfortable, the food in the restaurant excellent and the room was very nice. I can only recommend this Riad!

We loved our week long stay at Riad XO. The Riad is really well appointed, peaceful and includes lots of communal sitting areas and located in an excellent part of the medina. The breakfast at the Riad was particularly good. The Riad is a located in a quiet and safe neighbourhood and just a stone’s throw away from all the major sites. All the staff at the Riad were excellent and really helpful, and contributed to making Riad XO the truly exceptionable place it is.

El Riad es muy bonito, la decoración muy linda, en general la atención bien pero es muy difícil llegar an el con maletas. Tienes que caminar tres cuadras en calles empedradas, y el último día tuvimos una muy mala experiencia. Solicitamos el día anterior el taxi con ellos al aeropuerto, no llegó tuvimos que esperar en la calle con todo y maletas a que llegara alguien más, por poco perdemos el vuelo.

I didn’t want to leave Riad Fes Colors and Spa. It is in a great location and appointed beautifullly in each of the 10 rooms. Our room was large, had a fridge! and was very comfortable. The hosts are accommodating and delightful. We really enjoyed spending a little time with them in sharing stories which we sought out. This place is not only beautiful it has spa services available. We truly had a great experience here and you will too. It’s got to be the best place in Fes!

Mi è dispiaciuto avere avuto una stanza familiare diversa da quella presentata nel sito di Expedia che si presentava completamente diversa . Avrei gradito foto veritiere rispetto a ciò che mi è stato dato. Il riad è stupendo,una chicca in Medina tutto perfetto con camere doppie stupende peccato la famigliare un po’ datata .

Nicely tucked in a prime location within the Madina - however wi-fi did not stretch to the room - had to access it from the restaurant or the lobby. Friendly staff.

We had a beautiful stay at Riad XO the reception staff was incredible and the housekeeping was so clean and consistent. Location is great, breakfast is great, the Riad is beautiful and we would most definitely stay here again. Special thankyou to " Osama" His customer service is unmatched.

Wow! Thank you so so much to all of the wonderful staff at the Riad XO for making our first visit to Marrakech an amazing experience! My daughter & I loved it all: the location; the warm welcome; the beautiful contemporary design & decor; the pool; the jacuzzi; the rooms; the cleanliness; the mocktails; the food & so much more. What made our trip unforgettable were the wonderful Riad XO staff - nothing was too much trouble & every question and request was greeted with a warm smile & an “of course”. They went above and beyond at every opportunity: liaising with trip organisers to ensure smooth pick up times and points; ensuring we always knew our way to locations and back to the Riad, escorting us and showing us the way to various places when it was dark (I was with my 6 yr old and this was perfect for us, although we always felt safe in Marrakech) and just making sure we were happy at all times. Special mentions go to: M (for just being amazing on email before we arrived and throughout our stay); O & I, again for being amazing throughout our stay at all times; the chef for making my daughter pancakes on Shrove Tuesday & to all who work at the Riad. I’m so grateful for the hospitality you showed to my daughter & I. We’ve fallen in love with Marrakech & it’s wonderful people. Recently renovated riad - looks lovely in photos and in person but unfortunately lacks things which are advertised online such as bar (no bar/no alcohol/ no license) no snacks available, no spa on site , pool is dirty, door lock needs looking at, could do with more sun loungers/areas. House keeping very good with fresh towels and beds made daily and cleaning of room very good. One iron to service 12 rooms - not ideal. Breakfast is nice but they would benefit from a coffee machine. WiFi is good. Excursions- do your research before booking with riad, can be expensive and disappointing. Airport transfer good. Good location for the souks and a range of restaurants. Staff are friendly and helpful.

We had an amazing one week stay, the rooms were clean and had an amazing breakfast every morning. All the staff went above and beyond, Mehdi ensured we had a great stay and gave us some recommendations. I would definitely recommend!
