Wonderful hotel with great atmosphere and amenities!

This is an amazing property. The staff are all very nice and helpful.

Restaurant staff very unfriendly. Comfortable bed but uncomfortable pillows. Nothing to brag about. Good location

The hotel is one of the most contemporary, clean and well maintained hotels in Morocco. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious, contemporary and quiet. Good location with walking distance to train station, shopping mall and corniche. The breakfast buffet is extensive with an omelet station. The fitness center is very large.

Fantastic hotel. Close to train station, the beach, market and restaurants.

Nice 5 star hotel with wonderful breakfast

The Royal Tulip may be a good hotel for business users and conferences, or for weekend travellers seeking a stopover. It is not geared to tourists staying for longer. The pool area was completely bare, pool bar closed, very limited info on menus for restaurants, and the spa and indoor pool were incredibly pricey extras. Ended up leaving early and paying again to stay at Hotel Barcelo, which was far more luxurious and appropriate. On the plus side all staff were curteous, and the room was very pleasant, although the shower ran hot and cold .

The mattresses were old and sinking and caused low back pain ,we asked them to do something about the mattresses ,they promised to do it and they never did! But besides that other services were good.

We enjoyed our time in Tangier. It’s a beautiful city. We’ll visit again sometime.

Great place But make sure you have a car for transportation as Tanger is a fairly large city.

The rooms are dirty, rugs at floor so dirty. No iron at the rooms and if requested room service section will not provide it. Receptionists do not answeres calls. Breakfast is fine.

How hotel stay was great. It was spacious and clean. The mall is walkable and the beach is literally round the back of the hotel. Historic sites are a short taxi ride away. The pool and breakfast were lovely. The only issue we had was the room service. We ordered a pizza quite late for our daughter who was hungry. It was meant to take 15 mins but took an hour to come by which time my daughter had fallen asleep so she went to sleep hungry and we sent the pizza back.

Expensive for what it is. Overall decent room with decent balcony views. Breakfast options u felt were very good. Hotel staff gave excellent customer service overall, very accomodating and polite Big well eqipped gym. Location is very convenient, close by to the Mall, Train Station, and not too far from the beach. The rooms could do with a little modernisation,no USB sockets, and could do with better lighting within the room. Bathroom could do with being updated also. But overall good experience.

I experienced a severe pest problem, which forced me to change rooms multiple times. Additionally, they assigned me a room with a broken window, which caused significant concern for my baby's safety.

The Royal Tulip was a great find. The price was reasonable for the benefits you received - great daily breakfast with attentive staff, rooms are spacious and well equipped, and the proximity to the train station was awesome.

The hotel is perfect, however it lacks on dining options The only available restaurant was the spanish one, I was facing issues by night were people are shouting around my door, security were handling them, however it happened for two nights In general the hotel is nice, but if you are looking to grab a drink after a long business day, then don't expect to have people around to connect or socialize with
