The hotel has a perfect location. The staff was helpful in answering questions about transport and sightseeing. The room was large but the drainage outlet of the bathroom didn’t work well.

If you can, book the rooftop terrace room.

Clean room — large , nice staff they do charge a lot for parking though, but they will save you a spot on the street and it’s a very short walk into the room. Breakfast was simple 60 MAD per day for parking that is a little bit pricey compared to the rest of the trip

The double rooms all have the bed against one wall, inconvenient for most people. The room is very small and narrow, the bathroom tiny. They have only first floor rooms with many stairs. A superior room means only that it is marginally larger than a basic room: too small. We did get assistance with our luggage. The breakfast is up further flights of stairs and is only the usual firm pancake item. The dining room was closed during our stay. The hotel is located within the bazar, a 5 minute walk from the taxi drop off area on the street so if you have luggage you have to pay 30 dirham for a man with a cart each direction.

The staff was friendly and helpful, breakfast was freshly prepared and served with a smile, cleanliness was found throughout, and the location was excellent. I felt very safe as a solo traveler!

Everything was wonderful. Especially the comforter for the bed. Only hotel on this trip that had one. Much appreciated

It was safe and really convenient for strolling the old Medina. I was able to walk back at night from Rick's Cafe safely. The staff was really helpful. They lent me a plug adapter so I could charge my phone. The rooftop room had an amazing view. There was a cute library/sitting area with books just below my room.

I had two days, one night, in Casablanca and went to this riad since it is in the middle of the Medina. There are different types of room, mine was very modern and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful, they speak french and English which is very convenient. The breakfast is typical Moroccan and was good. In general the rooms and facilities were clean but everything is still the Moroccan standard.

It is a tiny gem right inside old Medina! With the best food in Casablanca!

Loved that it was just inside the old medina and walking distance to a lot of places, very clean, friendly, welcoming staff and relaxed areas for lounging with roof top terrace.
