It's a very nice traditional morrocan house style. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. Room is clean, we were invited for traditional morrocan food at the night before leaving. We really feel grateful as my mobile was stolen and wasted lots of time in police station, but when we go back to the hotel in the midnight they still waiting us for dinner. Really nice people. The location is also perfectly located inside of the old Medina, walking through the old market is the right market. Highly recommended.

I booked two nights, but ended up staying six because this place was such a great base for our time in Marrakech. The service is absolutely top notch. Importantly to us, the Wi-Fi is excellent and reliable in the main parts of the building, allowing me to get some work done and my son to do some school work. Work. Rooms cleaned every morning, with fresh towels, and fresh linens. After 3 days. We enjoyed our complementary hot breakfasts on the top patio every morning. We left feeling like we had enjoyed very traditional Moroccan hospitality, in a riad with lots of history. It certainly isn't the same as a modern hotel, and in the end we were glad for it.

The whole stay was perfect! The riad is very good located, and Kenza is such a lovely host. She prepared a nice breakfast for us every day, and was always available if we needed something. Would definitely stay here again!

2월14일부터 18일까지 4박했는데 1층 트윈룸 너무 추워요 밖이 더 따뜻하고 방안에 들어오면 냉장고 들어온거같이 추워서 샤워도 제대로 못했어요 방없대서 2박하고 바꿔주셔서 2층 더블룸에서 2박했어요 지배인총각이 친절하긴한데 의사소통이 영 안되서 답답했어요 모로코에서는 불어가 소통하기 더 편한듯해요 또한,이 문제는 호텔스닷컴에 항의해야 할문제지만 ,혹시 여기 예약하실 분들을 위해 이글을 씁니다 저흰 카사블랑카에서 기차타고 오전 11시반쯤 도착해서 택시타고 근처에 내려서 구글로 길을 찾았는데 호텔스닷컴에 나와있는 주소에는 ‘헤이라나’라는 집은 없었어요 ㅠㅠ 예약이후에 메일도 오지않았고 카사블랑카에서 부터 숙소로 전화를 시도했지만 틀린번호였고...2시간을 마라케시 메디나를 헤매고 다니고 삐끼에게 돈도 뜯기고.... 유심도 잘안터지고 겨우겨우 뒤늦게 온 메일주소로 또 삐끼에게 돈을 주고 숙소를 찾았어요... 왜그리 동네사람들도 여길 몰랐는지 알게됐어요 제시된 주소와 반대방향이었고 메디나골목골목 끝집이었고 ㅠㅠㅠ 너무너무 화가나고 힘들었지만 모로코 여행 초기라 여행을 망칠까봐 참았는데 방은 냉골, 그날 저녁 기분전환하려고 간 제마엘프나광장에서 친구가 휴대폰을 소매치기 당했어요 ㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ 악몽같았던 마라케시의 나흘~ 특히 마라케시 제마엘프나광장에서 소매치기 조심하세요 ! 모로코여행팁! 35일동안 이집트 모로코 여행했는데 전기포트없어요 ㅠㅠ 한층에 공용포트 있는곳 딱 한군데 였구요... 겨울엔 히터없으면 얼어죽어요 내복 핫팩 필수예요! 모로코엔 난방시설이란게 없어요 꼭 참고하세요

Kenza was an excellent host, even met us at Medina gates to pick us up and explained us everything even though it was late at night. The best breakfast we had in our stay in Morocco.
