From the moment we arrived at the Grand Riad & SPA we knew we were in for something special. Nestled right in the heart of the Old City, the location couldn’t be more perfect — within walking distance of historic landmarks. The staff here are simply exceptional. From the warm welcome at reception to the attentive concierge and housekeeping team, everyone went above and beyond to ensure our stay was seamless. they always greeted us with a smile. Our room was spotless! The Grand Riad isn’t just a place to stay — it’s part of the Old City experience. The mix of exceptional service, authentic ambiance, and unbeatable location makes this hotel a true gem. We wouldn’t hesitate to return and recommend it wholeheartedly to anyone visiting the area.

The property gave us the true flavor of Marrakech but in a safe and extremely welcoming environment. Want to give a big shout out to Ghizlane who was so responsive and considerate, marwanne who trated us like family and Adil the Driver who was outstanding. great place that i will go back to if I am in the area. Strong reccomendation for visitors travelling to Marrakesh

Un Grand Merci à nos hôtes qui ont tout fait pour rendre notre séjour très agréable : de très bons conseils , nous sommes passés par eux pour les réservations de nos excursions.
Nous vous recommandons de faire au moins un dîner et un hammam/massage au Ryad

I stayed at this Riad with family. We each had separate rooms, and each one was unique. The property was very clean. The staff was AMAZING!! When we arrived rather harried, they immediately asked us to relax and offered us tea. The staff-Ghislanne, Harwane and Yousef (I hope I spelled the names correctly) really treated us like family during our ENTIRE stay.

A lovely little riad just off the main drag making for easy access to all the main attractions.
The staff were all wonderful and so helpful, arranging airport transfers & walking us to/from the taxis.
The room was clean & very comfortable but a little worn in places.
A big shout out to Marwane, Youssef & Ghizlane, thank you for making our first trip to Marrakesh so memorable!

Wow, what an amazing experience at the Grand Riad and Spa. The whole team were so welcoming and genuine and always on hand to offer advice. The Riad itself is beautiful and located close to all the attractions. Breakfast included fresh fruit and local breads which were so tasty! Overall, a great introduction to Marrakesh !

We had a wonderful time at this Riad and can’t recommend it enough! The staff were incredibly kind and made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. We were even surprised with a spontaneous room upgrade, which made our stay even more special.
The food was absolutely delicious! Every dish was prepared with such care, and we enjoyed every bite. Another highlight was the hammam – so relaxing and exactly what we needed to unwind.
We would return here without a second thought and highly recommend this Riad. Thank you for an unforgettable experience!

Amazing, Amazing, Amazing!!! I can't say enough about this Riad. It was absolutely beautiful. The staff was amazing, but felt like family. They were attentive to our every need and nuance, and even went above and beyond that. The food was delectable. The facility was pristine. The location was great too because it was in the medina, so everything was accessible by walking. It was away from the busy parts of the medina, so it was very quiet. It was near the outer wall, so activities outside the medina, such as the Jardin Majorelle were easily walkable. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
