Room is very comfy but the breakfast is under expectation.

This was an okay hotel, it is clean and the team is very kind and welcoming. It is a functional space rather than a place of beauty. The walls need painting - but as I say it's very clean and therefore the lack of attractive features mean it's an okay place to stay.

Very friendly staff, in particular the man that greeted us at the door when checking-in and the staff at the breakfast terrace. Lovely terrace with one of the best views of the village. Great rooms with a private terrace and Mountain View from the windows, you can see the Spanish Mosque from the view.

Efficient. No pool or hammam or restaurant.

The room was nice and spacious with a view of the mountain but the water in the shower was barely warm and the breakfast also only had slightly warm coffee and water for tea.

Easy 2 minutes walk to medina. Easy parking and few restaurants nearby

The hotel was amazing. We enjoyed the rooftop seating overlooking the city. We were greeted with the most delicious mint tea to sip on upon our arrival and got to enjoy it from the rooftop. The room with the balcony was also a delightful view and was our own private oasis. The breakfast had a lot of delicious options and the staff were very accommodating. I would definitely stay here again!

This hotel is right behind the Kasbah, it is easy to walk around & enjoy the area. The staff were very helpful and nice. The view from the roof is amazing. The room was modern, quiet & worked well for us.

Great location, and best ever shared terrace.

Hôtel bien situé non loin de la médina, plutôt réservé a une clientèle chinoise, descriptif, mode d'emploi en chinois. Situé au bord d'une rue très passante, pas possible de se reposer fenêtre ouverte, concerant la clim à revoir.

Before you going to the room verified A/C is working, room 608 and 309 Not working, room is very hot. Antes de subir a la habitación verificar que el aire acondicionado este funcionando correctamente, cambio de habitación dos veces y no funciono,608 y 309

Très bon hôtel, personnel très sympathique. Dommage qu’il n’y avait pas savon dans la salle de bain.

The worst hotel which I ever stay. Me and my friend arrive to hotel room was super hot and air conditioning wasn't work just give a air blast without anything cold i wait in the room 2 hours but the temperature wasn't drop so i went to reception and they try to do something about but finally they cant so they offer me a lover standard room which has the same issue. At the end a book another hotel in same city, contacted hotels.com for refund byt they call them many times and they send couple of emails but they not respond at all to them.

Air Conditioning system not working Reception would not pick up the phone to resolve the issue. Checked out straight away . Refund not forthcoming . Hotels.com could not resolve the situation because Hotel reception would not answer phone.

Nice hotel! Clean and neat. The service was great.
