I experienced huge problems with this hotel. the hotel did not correspond with me for three months.

J'ai rarement vu un hôtel avec des personnes aussi dispoinbles et accueillantes. J'ai un problème familial grave et ils étaient tous à mon écoute et très arrangeants. On a le sentiment d'être en famille. Les espaces sont très agréables.

Amazing place and outstanding service A

Wonderful staff who make you feel at home. Local place in an amazing former Ambassador's house with history and culture. Bit out of the way but quiet and peaceful with a lovely garden and pool. Not for the business traveler who wants a 24 hour service, gym and bar, but great for couples, small family, and end of long trip repose. Moroccan food is fantastic!

Morad was the best part of our stay, he was very kind, helpful and made sure my family’s comfortable.The staff and property were very nice EXECPT the front desk people when it came to payment. I booked this trip with Expedia, directly as I got there they tried to charge for me for an extra bed that was INCLUDED in my payment. The next day as I’m checking out they tryed to charge me for city taxes even though I had my receipt from Expedia showing I already payed everything I needed to pay including taxes.

We loved our stay. The service was awesome and the premises were beautiful. The breakfast was generous and the room had everything we needed. Highly recommended!

Excellent accueil and wonderful hotel

Check in was challenging. They kept trying to charge an old credit card, and threatening to cancel our reservation. But a beautiful hotel. Far out of town. Quiet and private.

Wonderful place. I book all my clients there when staying in Rabat.

C’est un plaisir de séjourner dans cet hôtel ( déjà plusieurs fois) , hôtel désuet dans la décoration mais l’accueil et le service est irréprochable. La literie est confortable, la salle de bain d’un autre siècle, mais pratique. Le seul bémol, c’est les prix du service restauration : un vous vous ( au demeurant délicieux) et une pastille au lait pour 250dh/ personne. C’est élevé pour le Maroc . Mais ça ne nous empêchera pas d’y retourner car l e lieu est paisible!

L’accueil très chaleureux. L’écoute et l’empathie. Nous n’avons manqué de rien. Tout est réalisé dans l’intention de toujours faire plaisir. Un très bel endroit en accord avec les hôtes. 10/10

Very out of the way. Nothing to do around the hotel. Rooms were dated. Services was friendly.

The owners of this property were smoking inside the restaurant where we had dinner. They were not at all concerned about the negative effect second hand smoking could have on the guests. They were also very rude to the staff. Food was also mediocre

Amazing experience at this Riad/Villa, located in the most exclusive area of Rabat. Service is wonderful and the food is very authentic. The grounds are well manicured. The pool is a delight. It's a great place to experience a real Moroccan hospitality. I highly recommend it for family reunions or remote work or just want to chill. I love ❤️ it. Excellent value for the price.

Villa Des Ambassadors Rabat is an incredible place to stay. The building has genuine traditional charm but the actual heartbeat is the staff. Amazing people, every one of them. The gardens are fabulous, the Pool great, and the food and service faultless. If you are staying in Rabat (a lovely place) this is the place to stay.
