Très belle vue depuis la terrasse et le jardin mais coussins des transats non nettoyés. Chambre très décevante (celle à 2 lits simples : 12 m2 et salle d'eau 3.5m2, aucun mobilier, pas de table, pas de chaise, pas de placard, seulement 1 tabouret et une 1/2 penderie. Dîner passable et PDej correct.

Great views from whichever window you look out from.

Pictures are very misleading about how close it is to the beach. There was no hot tub around even though this is listed.

Wunderschöne Aussicht, eigene Terrasse, gutes Frühstück und schöne Einrichtung. Kann ich nur empfehlen!

Beautiful garden setting with great views. Pleasant breakfast. Good WiFi and tv service. Staff very welcoming and we were able to check in well ahead of time. Andre responded positively to all our needs and questions. Some more local information would help - we were quoted a very high price for taxi to Taghazout then found from another source it was accessible via a lovely beach walk.

Wonderful place. Extremely nice owners. Great dinners at a good price. The Villa is easy to find with the right directions. Google maps originally gave bad directions, but seems now to be correct. Waz gives directions up a steep dirt road that would be rather daunting. Use directions from another reviewer on this site. Head north on N1 from Agadir. Immediately after passing the brown walls of the royal palace, turn right on a small unpaved road. Then turn immediately left onto another unpaved road that parallels the N1. Don't be discouraged by the large potholes, by the trash, by the cat excrement, or by the dreary-looking buildings, many of them abandoned. The Villa is on the left at the end of this road. The Villa is a main house, with other structures built into the side of the hill. Views of the ocean are extremely nice. The sound of the breakers crashing on the shore is soothing. The Villa is not right on the beach. Going to the beach on foot would require a bit of a hike and crossing the N1. We would definitely recommend this Villa if your travels take you to Agadir.

Very welcoming - we felt like part of the family. Our room was spacious and decorated in Moroccan style, which we loved. We would recommend eating dinner here - beautifully prepared and good value. We stayed here for a few days after a hectic tour of Morocco, and are very glad we chose this villa for our relaxation.

Séjourné une seule nuit dans cette villa, tout y était parfait. L'océan s'offre à nous dès le réveil.

Absolutely wonderful place. Not your traditional hotel - it's more like a Riad next to the sea. Each room has its own terrace- sea views are amazing. Andre and his family and staff are incredible- it's like having your second family in Morocco! Nothing was too much trouble for them. Breakfast was taken with a sea view and included various different breads and croissants etc and an omelette if you wanted one. If you pre-order the previous day the hotel does brilliant food. It was my friend's 60th whilst we were there and so I ordered couscous for dinner which was fantastic. I also asked if there was anyway I could order a birthday cake for her and they really came up trumps! It was fabulous. Best with a car. The place is a bit difficult to find on the first occasion but easy afterwards. Basically come down the N1 from the airport heading towards Essouira. As you are heading towards Awrir (which is about 45 minutes drive from the airport) on your left you will see a long sandstone turreted walk with flags and guards outside. This is actually a royal palace. Once you go passed the whole of this wall (it's long!) you take an immediate right turn (there are signs for various surf hotels at the turning) onto a small unmade road. You then take the first fork left and continue all the way down - there's a small local shop on your right and the hotel is a little further down on your left. As I say it's a little difficult to find the first time but it's totally worth it. We'll be back!

Vue incroyable sur l ocean. Chambres trés propre, bonne literie et wifi impec. Terrasse privée agréable. Piscine rafraichissante...Les repas sont excellent digne d un restaurant gastronomique!! Mmm quel régal..Acceuil trés chaleureux et bienveillant, la maitresse de maison est adorable tout comme le personnel En bref un sejour reposant, ensoleillé et gourmand . Je suis totalement satisfait je note 10sur10!!! Au plaisir d y retourner si possible..

Nous avons énormément apprécié cet endroit rempli de charme, entre océan et montagne. La chambre avec sa vue panoramique sur l'océan, sa très confortable literie et sa terrasse individuelle nous ont séduit. André et Sana nous ont accueilli avec beaucoup de chaleur et nous gardons encore le goût de leur délicieux repas que nous recommandons vivement. Nous pensons revenir prochainement au Maroc et nous ferons à nouveau une halte de quelques nuits à la "Villa de l'océan" sans hésitation.
