A remarkable hotel sitting aside the beautiful Inle. Incredible view at sunrise, great service and comfort accommodation. Ohh yes the food is great in the restaurant!

Right on the lake at a reasonable price. Staff very helpful. Food in the dining room very good and healthy. Great location and a lot to see and. Inle lake is a unique experience and the hotel certainly adds to it.

Great stay. Staff was great and helpful. Complimentary breakfast was key start to a long day of exploring in bagan. Hotel is centrally located in new bagan and short walk into town. Rooms were large and clean. Reminded me of a high end resort in Cancun or Cabo. Would reccomend and stay again!

Great hotel with superb service. Remember that there is a 30 minutes boat ride to the hotel. We arrived at night in the rain and the ride was rather scary. We got all the help we wanted arranging trips and the staff even provided bicycles for us. Always very helpful. Be aware that the lake is busy with many noisy boats and you hear them quite well even the hotel is well located. Will recommend staying here.

A wonderful atmospheric place. Can only be accessed by boat but that makes it so special. Amazing rooms, great and friendly service. We loved the happy hour and the sun sets in the roof bar. It was certainly our Myanmar highlight

Personnel accueillant. Les chambres sont vastes et confortables. Un bon rapport qualité prix. Le breakfast est complet et varié. Seul bémol les vélos qu'ils mettent à disposition sont de mauvaises qualités voir dangereux.

We had a lovely 2 nights here. They were able to organize great airport pick up and return transfers, room was ready when we got there. Staff very friendly and welcoming and happy to help in anyway they could. Highly recommend staying here.

Excellent séjour. Hotel de caractère, tres bien situé sur le lac Inle pour toutes les visites. Personnel agréable n'hésitant pas à rendre service

Beautiful property with stunning location. THE place to stay at lake Inle. Two drawbacks: 1. Prices quoted and charged for transfers and boat tours are a lot(!) more expensive than if you organise it yourself. 2. The restaurant is dull, of average quality but by Myanmar standards(!) also very pricey... Still, all in all, this is a truly great place and I would love to stay here again.

Amazing relax place

I have travelled a lot in SE Asia and we were excited to stay at the Ann Heritage but encountered a few issues: -a cockroach in our room -ants in the room due to food offered by the hotel (should have been placed in fridge) -mice/rats in the walls that made noise all night -breakfast was not ready at 6:25 when it was supposed to begin at 6am -there were cats constantly in the dining room -our laundry was bleached -terrible drinks -we were not well informed that the hotel boats don't have lights on them for rides after dusk -there were general communication issues with a lot of the staff

Le style de l'hôtel n'était pas trop notre truc.. mais on s'y fait vite tant le personnel est d'une gentillesse et d'une serviabilité. J'ai vu tous les clients partir avec regret.. Un énorme effort est fait de leur part pour vous satisfaire à tout point de vue. Petit déjeuner honnête. Un plus grand choix que ce que j'avais pu lire sur les commentaires sur votre site. Il y avait des fruit, fromage, viande, nouilles, légumes, soupe et riz. Tous les oeufs possibles sur commande. Plusieurs sortes de pain, confiture et beurre. Céréales et thé et café. Que demande le peuple de plus!
