Very nice and pleasant stay at the hotel especially the friendly staff and facilities

超完美的酒店，位置在新老蒲甘之间，去哪里都很方便，很多人可能选择不到新蒲甘，但相信我，那里的餐厅和两家画廊会（Excellent/OK)会给你很大惊喜，门面虽小，但两个艺术家都太棒了。说回酒店，餐好、环境好、房间好，服务没说的，只想不停给小费，100分。

位于新蒲甘旁边，马路对面就已经看到散落着的佛塔，夜晚很安静，个人很喜欢这家酒店的装修装饰风格，房间非常大而舒适，用品设施都很赞。酒店的泳池、餐厅都不错，唯独就是早餐品种太少，没啥选择。

ホテルの送迎付きにしました！空港からも近いです！飛行機が予定より早く着き、迎えの車が来てなくて探していたら、一人のタクシー運転手に、君のホテルは遠いからホテルの送迎は来れないよ！だから僕が送ってあげる！と言われ不安になりましたが、5分後くらいにちゃんと迎えが来ました…笑 騙されないようにして下さい^_^; ホテルは予約後のメール対応も早く、到着後のスタッフの対応も素晴らしかったです。Eバイクをホテルで借りて、辺りを観光しました！ホテルの食事も美味しかったです！レストランは屋外でディナーの時途中で蚊が気になって部屋で食べてもいいか？と聞くと快く運んでくれました！誰もがフレンドリーですごく気持ちよく滞在できました！お部屋も広く綺麗に清掃されていたし大満足でした(^^)

This is our first time visiting Bagan, and we pretty sure will be back. Bagan Lodge is the reason, people are very friendly and smily, serving with good heart.

This was my second time staying at Bagan Lodge. Absolutely love it here. Staff was extremely friendly, rooms are very modern and spacious, grounds are magnificent and the food is outstanding. Overall a wonderful stay at this property. Thank you.

The grounds of this hotel are wonderful but everything else is not- Food is sub-par, weak english spoken at property, they forgot our 4am alarm to go on our Balloon ride, never delivered water we requested 3 times among a few things- Lighting in room is dim at best, pillows are not comfortable. The shower and Air conditioning are very good though. Bartenders were also wonderful. Getting transportation from the hotel to Old Bagan took a while and then they always wanted to charge us in dollars -three times the amount of a regular taxi- WIFI was intermittent. Stay somewhere else.

Beautiful resort with desert safari feel. 10/10 for friendly and well trained staff.

Bagan is very hot during my stay. But once I stepped in the room, it feels like entering an oasis. The room was very nice and comfortable. Toilet is spacious and clean where I can enjoy a hot bath from the bathtub. Room is exoctic and nicely decorated. Overall is a nice stay. Just one minute walk from the hotel is a small pagoda with a Buddha statue of a very kind face. A pleasant surprise!

悪くは無いと思います。 立地は少し遺跡から離れますが（車で15分程度）車での移動と考えるとあまり気になりませんでした。（バガン自体コンビニなど何もないので、そもそも便利な場所というのは存在しないと思います。） こちらのホテルはスタッフの方の愛想がよく、対応に関しては気持ちよく過ごせました。 マイナスポイントとしては、バスルームのお湯が途中出なくなったこと、部屋が滞在中ずっと湿気っぽかったこと、ディナーではオーダーしたものが材料がなく作ってもらえなかっなこと（客は私達だけ）朝食が残念だったことです。 けれど、ミャンマーであることを加味すると我慢できる範囲でしたし、結果的にここで良かったのかなと思います。 色々書きましたが、悪いホテルでは無いと思います！

It is such fantastic trip with satisfactory service. The room is clean and the bed is comfortable.
