I arrived very early morning and the hotel let me check in.

Staff are very nice and accommodating.

Situated in a quiet neighborood, new hotel, but service is not so good and breakfast is terrible

Pretty nice hotel and good location for the price. BUT the noise around there was awful. I’m not sure what it was but there was a loud speaker outside on the street that had a guy talking for hours and hours from the early morning.. even at night. The room next to me was extremely loud and I asked if they had another room but they said they were full. I don’t think they were full. The workers were also extremely loud in the early morning. Noise was my biggest complaint. Definitely wouldn’t stay here again.

The staff were polite and friendly, but sadly their promises were often unfulfilled. Examples were that we confirmed with them upon check-in that we would have transport the next morning - it never arrived. And the day prior to checkout they promised that we would have a 'breakfast-to-go' since we had an early departure - it never happened. Also, I don't understand the point in having televisions in the room if there are no channels. If you stay here, request a room in the back. All the walls are paper thin and you can hear everything. The further from reception you get, the quieter the rooms become. And if you are in the front of the hotel, you will likely be listening to the garage band practice on the opposite side of the street each evening.

This place was perfect! Great location, e-bikes available on site. This place has been recently renovated & the touches are very nicely done. It’s a beautiful & quaint place with a rooftop terrace for breakfast. The breakfast is excellent! Also, the staff here is very friendly & ready to help. They will bend over backwards to make sure you are happy & cared for. They helped with all my airline transfers & even my evening sunset cruise. I was very happy to stay here.

In a great part of town with the most friendly concierge gentleman with the most genuine smile. Thank you for booking us E-bikes. :)

They let us check in super early after we arrived on an early bus from Inle Lake. Staff was very friendly and attentive. We ended up staying an extra night!

The staffs very friendly and helpful. They helped me to book bus to Yangon and suggested the nearest restaurant.The hotel look modern. Clean room and comfortable bed. They allowed me to storage luggage, take an shower and change cloths with reasonable charge before left the hotel in the evening. Only one problem I found here is that the electric power blackout about ten minute at 9 pm., but the hotel have emergency generator.

I highly recommend this hotel. It is clean, well-maintained, and the staff are service-oriented. The hotel is located in New Bagan, about 1/2 mile walking distance from the main road. The area is very safe to walk (night or day), the hotel has bicycles to rent ($2/day), and they provide info on tours. I was very pleased to have chosen this hotel for my 2 night stay.

The room itself was nice and the breakfast was good. However we rented ebikes which were falling apart. After the first day on these we rented from a different place and then everything went downhill. The hotel staff stoped being nice to us and even though 1 lady told us checkout was at 12 & hotels.com states checkout is 12. We had to argue with the man on the front desk on checkout day to be able to stay in the room until 12. He was literally watching the clock when we went to reception as 11.58. This experience left us not liking this hotel.

Great place to stay. The staff were really friendly and helpful. A very quiet spot in the middle of new bagan.

Buena acogida, personal amable siempre con sonrisa. Habitacion amplia y limpia, aunque no tenia nevera. Baño nuevo. Desayuno estupendo

Hôtel propre et lit confortable. Articles de bienvenue dans la chambre. Personnel toujours souriant, accueillant et aux petits soins. Climatisation dans la chambre et fenêtre. De délicieux pancakes au petit déjeuner (les meilleurs de Myanmar). Seul regret, pas de frigo dans la chambre pour conserver ses boissons.

部屋壁が薄く気を遣うことが多かった。 クリーンルームはしていただけますが、トイレ、シャワーはしていただけませんでした。 Wi-Fiは、毎日不安定で使えない日もありました。 朝食は、美味しかったです。

charmant petit hotel. parfois un peu bruyant car pas très bien isolé. la salle de bain est aussi un peu limite et pourrais être améliorer. personnel au top !

I helhet bra service, hög standard på rum. Mycket bra frukost. Det som drar ner betyg är att vi hyrde cyklar från hotellet, cyklarna var värdelösa och vi fick inte någon nämnvärd rabbat för detta, vi ville även låna dusch strax efter vi checkat ut då det fanns i allmänna utrymmen, men det skulle kosta extra. I helhet mycket bra rum och perfekt läge.

Très bon rapport qualité/prix. Chambres correctes et confortables.
