非常好。第一步是热情的欢迎。房间很干净。早餐室布置得很整齐。食物干净美味，口味多样。酒店位于路边，但里面噪音不大。出租车随时可用。前往附近的旅游景点，车费不超过100泰铢。建议选择7楼的房间。房间宽敞，有2张床，睡起来很柔软，房间里没有霉味。这里有浴缸，透过窗户可以看到夜晚金色的大金塔。所有这些仅需一千多泰铢。这是值得的。

First time in Yangon. Very helpful staff, good english skills and breakfast was fantastic! Front desk open 24hrs as well. Rooms are dated but very comfortable and clean. I will definitely be back when we go back to Myanmar.

wifiも少し弱いけれど問題なし。虫は少し出ますが、私は平気でした。英語の上手な優しいスタッフさんがいっぱいいるので安心できます。

Crystal Palace is a hidden treasure. Service and staff cannot do enough.. exceptional service. The breakfast is value for money and it is walking distance of the sleeping Buddha and the pagoda.

Service - these folks were great
Location - not the greatest part of town, but still safe; giant reclining Buddha a 10-15 minute walk away
Room - window, but I had no "real" view, which was OK; decent in space and nice amenities; there is an opaque window, so light does come through in the mornings
Extras - breakfast OK (although I got sick one morning from it); free laundry facilities on top floor; stairs are easily accessible; doors are always opening for you!

Breakfast is so great 100%. Room is really small. Next day they will changed it for me . Employees is so friendly to me . Service all good. I’m booked 3day . I really stay 2 day because my friends pick me up another’s journey. Thank you for all of that hotel employee. So nice to me and my daughter.

I accidentally booked a room in the wrong location so i contacted the hotel and asked them for a refund. They asked me to forward them all the booking details which i did. I received a reply stating they had no record of my booking so I sent then screen shots of everything and never heard a thing back from them since then. So I had to ask my credit card company to file a dispute over the transaction. While I can't comment on the hotel it's self, I can certainly tell you that their customer service basically does not exist and imo they are deliberately ignoring me over $70.

Deuxième séjour dan cet établissement. Chambre confortable et très propre, résonner aux petits soins et petit déjeuner ( asiatique et un peu occidental) varié et bien cuisiné, bon emplacement. Je recommande !
