职員安排行程很周到，协助客人与其他客人併团，服务态度极佳～～～～令是次茵莱湖的行程，是多年旅游少有的体验～～

Good location, good food, and good English staff. But balcony is very dusty, and no later check out.

Great host. I had a 6pm bus, but they couldn't let me check out late due to full booking the day of, which is absolutely fine. When I went back to pick up my luggage, the owner offered to let me take a shower in one of the spare rooms. It was very nice after a day of exploring the city and before getting on an overnight bus.

酒店離local market很近, 行過去都不用十分鐘, 到找船游湖的碼頭也只是十分鐘多, 非常方便。女店員很親切, 她拿著地圖詳細介紹了不同的地點應該怎麼走, 她介紹了附近一間叫Green Chilli的餐廳, 味道很好也很便宜, 我們一行四人每人一個咖哩和一杯飲料, 再加三個主食, 每人也是八十多港幣。但不要去她介紹的cooking class, 那裡不能自己cook, 只是看人cook。 房間得大很靚很舒服, 唯一不好是沒有電視機。

网速超快，早餐有水果，而且你吃完，会问你是否还要加，服务很好，花园很漂亮，距离码头有点远，不过也可以接受。

服務人員很熱心地解決我們的問題，房間整體上蠻舒服的。 旅館前方就有旅行社可以幫忙安排船或是討論相關行程。 交通位置方便，跟公車站及其他熱鬧地區相隔很近。

Very nice hotel centrally located in Nyaungshwe. Although not a newer building, the hotel is well maintained. Plenty of hot water and good WiFi. Comfortable and quiet. The set breakfast is also good. Special mention goes out to the hotel staff, who are friendly and courteous. The young lady at the front desk is most helpful and gracious. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

朝食のパンケーキが美味しかったです。 また、インレー湖のボートも手配しましたが、湖内の各地へ連れていってもらい、満喫できました。 １点、お湯が夜遅い時間帯に出なかったので、熱いシャワーを好む人は注意が必要です。現地の方は熱いシャワーが苦手な人も多いので問題なかった様でした。

Nice clean hotel with friendly staff, would happily stay there again.

We were very happy about the check-in (it was very fast). The reception lady was very nice her english was pretty good she pays a lot of attention to our comfort especially when she knew that our daughter wasn’t feeling well, we appreciate a lot her gesture especially in this kind of remote city. We have been upgraded to a superior room but the hot water of the shower was hard to adjust the bathroom door couldn’t close. The hotel is super well located and very quiet street.

家族経営かと思いますが、受付の子は流暢な英語で旅のアレンジもしてくれてとても協力的でした。2泊しましたが、部屋も綺麗に掃除してありました。インレーについたすぐに周辺は停電で心配しましたが、その後は停電もなく、快適に過ごせました。トリプルの道路沿いの部屋でしたが、静かで、スーツケースを広げるスペースもあり、3人でも狭さは感じませんでした。バスタブの上のシャワーが壊れていて？使えませんでしたが、バスタブから少し離れたところにあるシャワーを伸ばしてなんとか使えました。お湯も出ました。wifi通信が時々途切れて受付に言いに行くとリセットしてもらえてすぐ使えるようになりましたが、その事で何度か受付に行きました。部屋にもペットボトルの水を用意してくれてありましたが、受付横の冷蔵庫のペットボトルの水もいつでも取っていって良いよと言われて、出かける際も冷たい水を飲めて良かったです。インレーに行くことがあればまたお世話になりたいです。

スタッフかとても親切で親しみやすい方でした。 設備は古いものの綺麗に掃除されていました。 シャワーのお湯が出なかったのですが、早朝だったのでそのまま浴びました。。 ボート乗り場に近く、寺院がすぐそば、飲食店も周りにあります。

Great family hotel, rooms are nicely decorated and clean, location is very good. Staff goes the extra mile and more, always taking amazing care of visitors. Boat and car tours can be booked easily and at good price, same applies for bus tickets, etc. Can't recommend it enough - the only place we would consider in this town. Note: This was our second visit (first in 2017) and we were happy to see that everything is still as good as we remember it from before.

訪れてまず設備の素敵さに感激した。木をふんだんに使った、ぬくもりのある建物で、ベッドやトイレも広々。 また、スタッフの方が大変親切で、何から何まで気にかけてくれた。アーリーチェックイン対応や、チェックアウト後も出発前まで部屋を使わせてもらえた。 朝ごはんは手作りのバナナパンケーキが絶品！コーヒーやフルーツも非常に美味しかった。

The hotel staff was excellent on all counts. Only drawbacks were no television and water system which made the sound of Darth Vader and when in the shower the water would pulsate between hot and cold; and the breakfast choice (3) never varied which only mattered for us since we stayed for several days.

1階の部屋はドア1枚隔ててロビーだったり食堂だったりしますので、人の話し声が聞こえます。隣の家からの声もよく聞こえます。夜は静かになりますのでそれほど気にはなりません。部屋にはいすとテーブルがほしいです。スペースはありますので。朝御飯のパンケーキは焼きたてで美味しいです。おなじような値段のホテルとしては、ホテルエンペラーの方が断然お勧めです。

Alles perfekt, wahnsinnig nettes und hilfsbereites Personal, super Frühstück, schönes Zimmer - habe mich einfach wohl gefühlt!

The staff were so helpful and arranged for all our needs. The rooms were fine and we could walk easily to find good restaurants. It was the nicest place we stayed in Myanmar.

Make sure you do not stay in room 110 as it is next to a pump with a beeping noise that goes on 24x7.

Room are clean, good and staff are kindful. I like this place.
