Budget hotel and average overall experience

Conveniently located, food and sights to see are within walking distance. Rooms were recently renovated and most amenities are available in the room. Free breakfast caters to both asian and foreign palates although the choices are limited. You definitely get your money's worth.

Good location if you want to be in the middle of the real Yangon. Definitely a budget hotel that starts on the 4th floor of the building. The picture displayed on Expedia does not show the first four floors.

Hotel inform us that Chinatown was overbooked. We were relocated to 21st Street downtown. No notice was given until our driver called them. We booked room with city view. But was given room with no view. Sad...

The hotel room was a bit outdated and the bathroom was very small.

We found this hotel as a home base to start our plans to find a tour company to take us to upper Myanmar to see some of the pagodas and temples.

Good location. Good breakfast. Good staff service. Even provide fruit for supper on first day. Will come back again. For the price,it is worth the amount. Strongly recommended but not for the very picky

We were in Yangon for a short while, visiting a friend along Merchant Road - this hotel has great location (don't let the front entrance fool you!). WiFi is strong enough for Youtube and Netflix, great breakfast and awesome hotel staff

This hotel has an excellent location in the middle of Yangon's bustling Chinatown. It is within walking distance to Junction City, the mega mall In Yangon, and many great restaurants and massage spas. The hotel breakfast is great for a budget hotel with awesome views at the rooftop restaurant. Traveling around Yangon is very convenient by booking Grab or Uber which is usually less than USD2 (: Pay in local kyat for all your purchases for more bang in the buck

Cheap clean hotel with complimentary breakfast and snacks.

This hotel is located in very convenient area. There were a lot of food stalls around the hotel. Staff were kind and friendly.

This is a small hotel with big service we were dropped at the other branch by the taxi but no trouble as porter picked up both of our bags and carried them the two blocks to the correct hotel Good service by staff plenty of free bottled water and great wifi probably the best in Myanmar We had a problem with the ac not working properly so they changed our room instantly Porters very helpful Would stay again
