Hotel Shwe Phyo

This hotel is in a good location.But there is no lift to go upstairs. Some amenities are broken and you can never get enough hot water. The hotel also took money from our credit card and also charged us for the same on arrival. When we requested a refund for the double charge, they kept delaying the refund back into our account. We finally had tl travel in person back to the hotel to request for the refund back in physical Myanmar kyat instead of an electronic bank transfer. Furthermore the hotel did not have the rooms we booked as they had alloacted these rooms to newer customers even though we booked a month in aevance - we did receive a discount for this error though.

Breakfast was very basic,and offerings were not very clean. Ants in the butter and jam.Did not seem very interested in cleaning.

Très bon séjour à Mandalay ! Arrivé de bonne heure (6h), accueil agréable, Check in fait pour 9h, très arrangeant et gentil. On a même eu le petit déjeuner en attendant la chambre. Chambre propre, eau chaude met du temps à arriver. Vélo disponible gratuitement. Petit déjeuner un peu léger, demander à ce qu’on vous prépare des œufs.

Hotel neuf , sinon fraichement rénové , dans le marché et près de tout , mais étrangement très calme . Vélos disponibles si vous en avez le courage à Mandaley . Petit déjeuner basique . Le personnel a un peu de difficulté avec l'anglais mais on arrive à se comprendre . Excellent rapport qualité / prix . Je recommande fortement

Personnel parle vraiment très mal l’anglais. Pas trouvé de restos sympa dans les environs. On reçoit pratiquement pas de conseils à cause de la langue. Chambre propre

Pas d’eau chaude , ils ont mis 2 jours à me ramener mon linge car ils l’avaient egarer , ils ne connaissent rien des environs , aboiement des chien la nuit est atroce

スタッフは、フレンドリーかつ親切です。 しかし、残念なことにオペレーションが全くなっていません。 洗面台は詰まっており、禁煙部屋を予約したのに喫煙部屋を充てがわれ、三泊したうちの一泊はベッドメイク・清掃がなされていませんでした。 場所はセージョー市場に近く、ルーフトップバーからの朝焼けの街並みはキレイです。

Angenehmes Hotel in Mandalay. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Um eine Bar oder ein Café zu erreichen muss man schon etwas weiter laufen. Aber Taxen sind in Myanmar sehr günstig!

Small cute little hotel. This is located in the market area so great to walk and see everything fresh. The hotel is basic and very clean. The staff was the best. No English but tried to be helpful and figure things out. They always had a beautiful smile and took care of my every need. I would stay there again.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The hotel is basically new, and really beautiful. The staff were the NICEST people, and really went out of their way to help us out. The room was really comfortable, and we really loved the rooftop area; beautiful views! The area is very local with not too many services nearby, but they have 3 brand new bikes you can use for free! Overall we would highly reccomend!
